I need help with jokaroom. $9k vanish and the locked my account. Have been waiting 5 days now. They are just saying they will contact me but never do. I have all the proof and I don’t know what to do. Should I report the site to the police. It must be a rogue casino??

Hello, I advise you to wait for few more days. Just try to get some official statement from the casino explaining why they voided the winnings. Once you get it, you can create a complaint on our website. We'll do our best to help you.

There are many websites where u can report them...Here, also some gov/fraud sites

as i can see they are not great casino, and many bad comments .. if they have a number call them. waiting more than 72h is a joke for every casino especially on account/money issues..

i hope u didn't deposit via BTC

But despite everything, i see they have live chat.Ask them

I’ve did contact the live chat several times and each time they just said they will send a request for management to contact me in the next 24 hrs. Please confirm your details. Each time I have confirmed the details but no phone call. This was after the 72hrs so it’s been a week now..

I also found a number online listed at a residential house in Melbourne but it just rings out. They said they can’t receive calls because they are all working remotely in the Caribbean due to the corona virus.


i was a bit frustrated when I posted this the other day. I have someone taking a look for me know so hope it works out.

Sorry about the late reply. Casino Guru are currently assisting me with the complaint I also made which is still open and going.

You can see the progress so far if you search through the open cases. It was made 30 April 2020.

I doubt they will payout. There are multiple complaints open against Jokaroom and all for similar problems.

Have you also had issues with Jokaroom?

yo tengo una duda sobre esto,ya que hay paises que no tienen regulado este tema,o que no son legales los casinos on line, como se hacen las denuncias? a quien se recurre en estos casos si el gobierno del pais no puede intervenir?

The player can always complain to the licensing authority depending on what type of license is owned by the casino. Generally speaking, we consider European licenses as the better ones (Malta, UKGC, Sweden), on the other hand, I've never heard about a case where the licensing authority in Curacao or Costa Rica would help the player to get what they deserve.

There are even casinos operating without any license and players still deposit money and play there. It doesn't mean that the casino has to be automatically a scam, but it's the same as saving your money in a bank that isn't insured and controlled by any government. It's simply too risky.

My bank has said these guys are scams it’s a Nigerian scam they alongside Johnny kash have been outed I have lost 800 from illegal withdrawals on my account

my $9935 has gone missing. Jokaroom chat team online says your account might have been compromised and we’re played and now you account is disabled/closed for the mean time. They are still investigating and the security/management team will contact you I am still waiting.file

Yeah that sounds about right. Thanks for your input. I will be contacting my banks fraud protection department to hopefully retrieve the money. I have had a live complaint going for a while now but the information is being tampered with and it's pointless trying to fight it. I'll also forward the information to as many authorities I can find in hope to do something about it.

Yes that is quite similar to what happened with me. In my opinion the casino pockets the players money and displays on paper that it's been paid out to the player. They won't give me the game history and continue to ask me for it. I think they are worries I might have the real game history to check against there altered version (they are worried for good reason!!)

I believe they have tampered with the Jackpot Stars on the King of Kings Slot. I had about 10 spins on the final ball before I won the Jackpot. I've never had more than 2-3 attempts ever. This win was the only time my bonus chip was documented to be a NDB on the Saturday 50% deposit bonus. I hope to get an answer out of the gaming provider soon as I contacted them earlier by email

Are the bank helping in retreival of your funds which were illgeally withdrawn?... Its happended to me also in past fer weeks... So angry..😤😤

Ive just made a complaint & awaiting a response... I wish id seen your threads of jokaroom complaints before i deposited hundreds of dollars, now im locked out of account & upon checking my bank statement there has been unexplained withdrawls from my private account by "flutterwave" in excess off $500+.. (which is being disputed by the commonwealth bank) & guess where these illegal withdrawals originate yes thats right Nigeria... I'm livid in the amount of money i have deposited with this fraudulant scam over the past month or so.. Extremly upset to say the least...

Hi all

It turns out Jokaroom is a complete scam. I'm unsure why casino guru are defending the and advertising the casino to be a trusted casino. I am just double checking over the game history so I'm 200% sure and will upload the results by tomorrow. Definately do not use Jokaroom. Trueflip casino is my recommendation.
