it is a quite common rule that to pass the wagering, the amount you were asked to deposit must be wagered as well, it is called the anti-money laundering policy. Allow me to describe the whole process:

  1. you take a no-deposit bonus
  2. you play and win luckily
  3. you complete the wagering requirement for the bonus
  4. you ask for the withdrawal
  5. verification deposit is requested to pay out the winnings
  6. you must wager the deposited amount several times - 1 time in your case?

Can you paste any explanation you got from the casino concerning the current problem? Unless I understand what is wrong, I can't help you.

So generally, if your deposit is missing contact the payment provider you used for the deposit and ask about the transaction. I'm guessing that the casino is doing the same with the 3rd party payment provider they use for managing transactions. Be prepared though, this may get a bit time costly.

So, as far as I understand, according to your payment provider, the transaction is ok and reached the casino the same day - correct?

It would mean that the casino must wait for their payment provider to identify the issue and solve it.

This is usually quite a long process though.
