Hi, I’ve been playing on Donbet and recently won some money to the sum of £900, I withdrew this yesterday and have a few questions if anyone has the answers.


1) When I withdrew, I was only asked for my IBAN number and nothing else but the transaction says successful? How long will this roughly take to reach my account.


2) Does anyone know the transaction fee to a UK bank from Donbet? I’d like to know roughly what I’ll receive. As I’ve seen some reviews saying 3%, 10% and 20% is lost.

Right signed up with donbet, deposited and lost a few times. Then deposited and tried to withdraw £1500 and they have frozen my account and the support are just saying account frozen at this time so basically won't release MY money to me. Can anybody help here? I never take the bonus offers it's straight money. Thanks

Have you contacted them through email, rather than their live chat? I find that the live chat isn’t as helpful.

Live chat is rubbish. Yes numerous emails sent to "support" They have just said account is locked and cannot tell me anymore at this time!

When exactly have you requested the withdrawal, please?

Have they informed you by any chance that they need to check out a few things, and that is why the account is frozen?

Check for any emails from the casino and look into your spam folder as well, just in case the email finished there.

I went to withdraw Friday, the withdrawal looked to go through and then they cancelled it. So my balance is sat there again £1529, when I click withdraw it says you do not have permission to do this. I've sent numerous emails to "support" I get an occasional email to say it's being looked at by another team and confirmed the account is blocked! They can't say why and have said to just wait until I am contacted but give me no timelines. I've made numerous deposits and this has never happened before, the first time I go to withdraw I encounter this problem. I never take any bonuses on sites as I don't like the wagering requirements, I've not breached anything in place it just seems it's an issue now I am trying to withdraw.

Hi.

Just to confirm they have now unblocked the account and I'm in the process of withdrawing funds. No clue still as to why it was ever locked and yes fully verified ages ago. Thanks for offer of help though

It would really be better if they had explained the whole situation, but at least you will be getting your money soon.

Sorry, yes the withdrawal was processed and came through but they still never explained why they blocked the account. I've closed the account down now as well.

I think I’ll be doing the same IF I receive my withdrawal! I just keep getting told there was a technical issue and now been told to email the financial department still no reply!

I definitely got mine in less than 8 hours, from showing successful, to it hitting my bank.

Greetings, did you use the bank transfer? I think sometimes you just need to be patient. If you haven't had any problems with them so far and you've only been waiting a little while, I believe the money will get to you when you said the withdrawal was approved. Just try to wait and if nothing happens we will try to help. The weekend is often not included in the withdrawal time, so if you don't get the money today, it may take until next week to get it. So let us know when something will change.
