Hey, I'm so glad you are getting better! To be honest, what you just said about losing faith in casinos makes sense and, in my opinion, is a very healthy viewpoint. There are, of course, reasonable and fair casinos that care about players and their safety, but staying away from all casinos sounds like a wonderful idea, so why not back it up with a more direct statement? Whatever does the "trick."
Work on it. I believe you will do well.
