My own experience, i made a deposit 20k usd win less than 6k usd, during withdrawal, they reject my withdrawal, then lock my account, with excuse "KYC" reqeust document for my account verification around 1-2 weeks. I have open complaint at casino guru.
Since i am a real player with just single account at their casino, they have no any reasons and excuses, my account verified successfully.
Finally, they approved my withdrawal and close my account with reasons not welcome me.

- Sublicense from antillephone, antillephone less responsible customer's complaint if compare with others main license holder.
- Customer support take long time response, even response also like robot, every reply every setence just copy paste from their system
- KYC proses take time. Even provide they document, they still request the same document again few times.
- If u have abig win they will close your account
