Hola, ¿todo esto sucedió durante el registro y deberías haber recibido un correo electrónico de verificación o estabas en algún otro proceso? Yo diría que deberían poder ayudarte con eso y si no pueden hacerlo ni siquiera unas cuantas veces, diría que no vale la pena jugar en un casino como ese.
