I was really happy when they launched Mystery of the Ring, being a big LotR nerd myself! Mostly play for the themes when I do to be fair, haha

Likewise, I sometimes get pulled into playing games by the way they look. I like playing games with a western or piratey feel, so when I saw Mystery Jack, it was a given that I would try it out. I wasn't disappointed!

Nice one mate, my fav. Western-themed game is probably Dead or Alive, really love that colt round, keep me in the loop if you spot any other cool game you want me to try!

Hi , I have a problem … I won with one if there promotions €100 bonus with 1 x waver .. I managed to play ( I play live roulette with evolution) play always the same number 31/27/5/0/17/4/7/28/29… 31/27/0 always high .. while put my bets … and waiting for spin … suddenly they gave the message I was to late and my bets where gone ? And 31 came … next round … again the same 31 , third round again the same … lost min €400 .. got some screenshots….. the casino is trying to found a solution.. but we all know this is not working . Tried to contact but then there where suddenly errors in the system .. I still had €59 on my account … also I couldn’t play anymore , and contact with live support with casino also cut off ….. I gave them 4 stars at first , because they ask me to put something on trust pilot … but not two … I hope somebody got the decency to give my winning money back . I can sent screenshots… kind regards , Dave

Hello,

I would guess that the casino probably experienced some kind of technical breakdown, or alternatively, there could be some issues on the game provider's side.

In such cases there is not much we can do, I'm afraid. Feel free to submit the complaint here, but I would not even guess what the outcome would be.

Can you share in which casino did you play, please?

Hi , yes I played with casino 777.NL, I play steady numbers 31/27/0 and more … i won with there summer promotions €100 with 1 time wager … I played it and won a little bit . So I played … then I played 31/27/0/17/ etc bets where accepted … and just before outcome they said I was to late with my bets??? I have screenshots….. then second time .. same numbers again happend , then 3 time again happens … suddenly I also I couldn’t chat with casino .. and then suddenly the casino was off line ( because of working progress ) I put it on trust pilot sent all the screenshots and information… € 59 was left on my account ! And afterwards there where no problems anymore !!!! I play often there and never had problems . I think it’s to easy to say .. oh yeah this can happen .


they are now put it to technical department, but they also give a reaction on trust pilot that’s it there fault . And there busy with putting the right amount on players account . So yes I want to make a case of it ? Because I don’t believe them .

i saw on trustpilot the exact same problem with a other customer !!!! I made a screenshot of it as proof . I saw many people with same issues and loosing money … please take this seriously!!!!! Please visit trust pilot 777.NL . I hope you can help me . Screenshot is in Dutch unfortunately


people are loosing money or they got lied about the system … so I hope my complaint and help from you guys will help me and others ! ..

Hello, there and thank you for the additional details. Kindly share all relevant information via the complaint thread, it would be much appreciated.

I can see that the complaint has not been approved yet, as I wrote earlier this is not exactly the kind of issue we normally handle, so let's see what the Complaint Team will make of it.
