It’s a predatory online casino with no responsible gambling tools (they don’t work) and if you manage to win big they will make it hard for you to withdraw your money, coming up with all sorts of excuses etc.

I also had a problem with them, first time I deposited and withdrew there was no problem. The amount was 800 euro, after I deposited a large sum again and managed to climb up to 1300, I then got an email stating that Revolut wasn’t allowed to be withdrawn to. After long communication about the matter and telling them that that’s the most ridiculous thing I ever heard from an online casino, they processed the 1300. I deposited again a large sum and managed to go up to 3700 the same problem occurred again were they came with the same nonsense about my bank account not being allowed. After debating for a long time they wired the 3700 euro. I deposited 500 euro again after and lost that, I then deposited another large sum and climbed up to 2400, first time I got an email stating I only gambled 100 out of 500 deposit while I lost quite a lot in the process so I didn’t actually believe them but okay. After managing after a great struggle to reach 4400 the same bull crap was used again about my bank account not being allowed, for days the scum kept putting back my balance. For 3 days in total, I was desperate as Revolut is my only bank account and I couldn’t make a Dutch one. From that 4400 I managed to climb to 8500 euro total balance and again requested a withdrawal hoping they would just let me go. And again they kept putting back my balance every time. I then spoke to a live agent named Chris who said to me that there were "technical issues" which prevented them from wiring the money to me, I knew he was lying because his colleagues kept telling me previously that my bank was not "allowed"! Chris told me to request a new withdrawal and that he would put it on the highest priority. Which again was another lie. I placed a wager and loss limit directly after speaking to Chris, 12 hours later my funds were still in my account and not approved. Their Responsible Gambling tools like wager and loss limit which I had put on 10 euro each didn’t work. Playboom/Playboom24 will on purpose drive you crazy when you win a big amount, they will do anything to make you lose your balance as their responsible gambling tools don’t work at all. Don’t deposit a penny here, learn from my mistake to put my trust in them. For 4/5 days they refused to pay me out to the same bank account I used 3 times. Making up excuses. It’s easy for them to make money by doing this. I hope this story will keep people from registering and depositing. Online casinos like these need to die a quick death. After my balance was gone they suddenly sent me an email saying "we will make an exception" these scums knew exactly what they were doing.

recently i wanted to do a deposit of 30 euro’s, accidently i did a deposit of 500 euros, i immediatly did a withdrawal of 500 and they said i need to wager my 500 first, and i had no bonus checked so thats weird, also i want to login to my account now and it says, error login.. my withdrawal stands on 300 now and i have some money left in my account to play with. Anyone can help me?

I think I can explain the situation a bit. First of all, the withdrawal request probably triggered the KYC (know your customer) verification procedure, which you need to pass in order to be qualified for the withdrawal.

Upon such a request, many casinos block the player's account and handle the verification via email.

There are two things you should do now:

  1. check your email for further instructions or explanation
  2. capture a screenshot showing the error occurring when you try to access your account.

Despite my best guess, there is still a chance something else is going on, hence the screenshot.

By the way, in many casinos, you must play with your deposit before the funds are withdrawable. At least once, usually three times the deposited sum. Casinos, unlike banks, pay fees for every transaction, this is partly a way to eliminate such requests.

Hi all,

I got the feeling that playboom24 is stalling me from withdrawing my winnings. I only deposited 25 euro's and got about 1400 euro's on withdrawal at this point. At first it took them three days to get to my deposit duo there payment provider. Meanwhile i uploaded all the verification documents on there website, and now there e-mailing me that the verification documents are not reachable and i'l have to send them by e-mail.

I can’t leave a complaint for some reason, but I need help. Last week, on 28/05/24, I played and earned €2600. I cashed out €500 and €2100. I needed to verify some documents, but the verification process was quick—by 13:02 I was verified, and by 17:02 both payments were approved.


Now, it’s 03/06/24, and still no sign of my money. When I contact support, they just tell me to email them, and then they’ll answer. When I ask for an ETA, they don’t know either. Im pretty sure that i wont see a single penny of the money but yeah. Hope doesn’t do the job, but I’ll keep you all updated!

Playboom24 is the platform where i have issues, hwen i click on submit a complaint it just doesnt give me a tab where i can so basically nothing happens🙂
