GamStop is there to protect players at official UK casinos and non-GamStop casinos simply don't have a UK license so GamStop doesn't cover them. If you are a problem gambler you can only get banned from legal casinos through GamStop, but GamStop can't block you from unlicensed casinos and you have to avoid them yourself. In my opinion some unlicensed casinos are even better than licensed ones but that's just my opinion and I've never had a problem with them. I always read reviews here on Casino Guru, so I don't end up at some zombie casino where you can just deposit money. So it's always an informed decision as some UK licensed casinos are rubbish too.

If I may step in, in my opinion these casinos should surely not be advertised as non-GamStop casinos, because they can bring even more issues to problematic players who work hard on themselves and try to avoid playing. This way they show them that they can play there freely without any restrictions, and that can bring them back to playing.

So, only to start from the beginning, this is surely not very fair. Don't you think so? 🤷‍♀️
