Please can someone help me.

I joined the casino Goldenlion.bet. In June I asked them to self exclude me as I had a gambling problem. I am now still asking them. I have begged on online chat I have replied to my VIP managers emails, I have sent contact forms from their website and separate emails. They are ignoring me. I am in such a mess. I am going to loose everything. Life isn’t worth it. Why won’t they close this. Please someone help me

Anyway, the casino has a very low safety index and I also noticed that the support is very slow to respond, which is not a positive thing in this situation, especially when you are being ignored.

Thank you for your response I have been trying since the 17th June. They just keep ignoring me. I have practically begged and advised I have a problem. I have gone through all the channels, email, live chat, the online response form. Time and time again. I have tried this evening again and this is the response they just cut me off 😢 file

Ugh, I don't think a casino should behave that way. I find it unfair that a casino can't allow a player to self-exclude who has tried several times to do so and basically just cuts off the conversation. It shouldn't work that way, especially in these cases. 

Since you have an open complaint with us, I would also encourage you to update Veronica, who is waiting for a response. We will try to do everything we can to find out why it is not possible to self-exclude. Do you think it will be possible ? 

In the meantime, we'll wait to see where the situation shifts.
