Can someone please tell me why it is some casinos take a week to pay and others take a hour to pay?

Many things come into play, first and the most important one is how big the casino is and what's the liability they can allow themselves for players. Other is payment methods, e-wallets and crypto withdrawals are usually the fastest ones, another one that I'm not sure about is if said casino requires a third party to be involved in the processing of withdrawals, like alphapo for crypto transactions, for example, it's not the casino paying you out exactly from any of their cold or hot wallets, they are doing it through alphapo, which I suppose affect the withdrawals time. In the casino I'm currently playing got almost instant crypto withdrawals, and some others I play in from time to time are way slower but they take a bit less than 24 hours to complete withdrawals. One that got fairly quick withdrawals is bitstarz, but I no longer use that one, stake got nearly instant withdrawals, of course, discounting the blocks confirmations time for each crypto transaction, but you can consider a withdrawal completed from the very first block confirmation, times will vary depending on the crypto and network you are using, USDT on the BSC being the quickest one along XRP and TRX on their native main nets respectively. Crypto casinos got no excuses to take long to complete withdrawals, if one takes more than 24 hours, it's a no-no for me, bitstarz and stake are the quickest ones I have ever known, specially stake

When I pay by interact at any casino it goes to Gigadat, and Gigadat pays the casino and they pay when you win, Bitstarz pays with the hour, to me they are the best casino out there for paying and playing, but there are a few that will keep your winnings for 48 hours in total they hold it for 6 days and I don't like that but I like the casino, I don't know if I can say any of the casino names, and they are a big outfit.

Try other e-wallets, skrill transactions shouldn't require third parties because the casino itself set their account as a merchant and handle payments to users, using a payment option that doesn't requires a third party to be involved should make withdrawals quicker I suppose, the only method I wouldn't recommend are bank transfers directly from the casino, they tend to be problematic

Yes I pay from my bank account interact, that's bank transfer, instead of every casino going into your bank account, there is only one company go in there it's called Gigadat and when you win at a casino Gigadat pays you,that's the third party, so I really don't think it has to do with the size of the casino, because BitStarz pays the same way thought the third party and they pay with in a hour,so the other casino I'm talking about that take 6 to 7 days is Casino Classic they are a big out fit, Zaza casino pays within 2 days. So there has to be another reason why. I know it has alot to do with KYC.

There are some casino out there that don't have interact this comes right from your bank account, so I had to open Ecopayz account that is just another bank account that is global payment.

As I said, skrill is the best option when it comes to e-wallets, at least personally it's the method I use for european casinos and payouts with that method are fairly simple for both the casino and the player, it's probably the simplest payment method in existence. Other thing that affect withdrawals time is the checking the casino conducts on your activity, which games you play and how you played them (specially live games) and check your deposit/withdrawal behavior, some do this, others don't care much and as long as you wagered 100% your deposit you get your withdrawal completed without major inconvenience or checking, if you are verified and you wagered the required amount of times each deposit, then the casinos have no excuses to delay any payment, you mention a casino taking 2 days to complete them, I would avoid that one! And worse the one that takes a week to complete them, way too slow!

Not a big slot fan and I specifically despise high volatility ones, but if that's what you are into, I would recommend nearly every No Limit City slot, they are mad volatile, they can either give you nothing or pay really big, personally tested out The Rave, Mental, Pearl Harbor and San Quentin, all of them gave me meh sessions, barely breaking even with good bonuses, the hit frequency feels really low on base games, loved the designs tho, really volatile games, you might see the potential but never experience it unless you get extremely lucky

You have to play at different Casino just to get at good games, I like to try new games, one game that I will always love is book of oz it's a good game it pays well also, another game I like is sweet bonanza I won $23,000 on that game luck was on my side I thought I was betting a $1.25 but I was betting $125.00 bam I hit the bones first hit, I thought it was a joke and I was playing a free game, they had to pay me $5000 $5000 $5000 $5000 then $3000, and I really didn't like this casino so after they payed me I closed my account, they are very ignorant at that casino Cosmo. I'd generally look for jackpots. I remember the biggest jackpots used to be from NetEnt, which wasn't available in Canada. That was in 2017. Is NetEnt already available in Canada, do you know?
Then Microgaming's Mega Moolah has been popular through years, but it seems to be already unavailable.
Generally speaking, you need to look for games with higher volatility. That means you don't win too often, but when you finally win, the winnings should be bigger 🙂

No I don't think it is available in Canada, Mega Moolah was available but I can't find it anymore, we had a big jackpot game here it was Cash Splash my ex boyfriend won it $18,000. I would have to tell you I win at least 2 to 3 times a month so I think that's not bad, when I hit $500.00 I cash out. But I play everyday and spend $200 at least.

I like the idea of withdrawing once you reach a certain threshold, for example. More players should try that too! Instead, some of them keep playing and switching games frequently so the result is loss.

Thank you it's the best way and it works for me. Ok now I have another problem I been playing at these two casino for years since 2019 mind you I don't play at them offen as I play at other casino slot joint and slot wolf casino and wouldn't you know I'm not verified there well I just got verified at slot wolf yesterday only because I won and I keep on to them them how long before my winnings will be paid them people that you talk to know nothing she said when my quarry is ready or up, like wtf does that mean?? It's been nine days now. Oh and slot joint keeps telling me my document ain't verified wtf I send them the same stuff I sent to all the casino I play and win at, so I asked them why is this casino different from the rest, they want my bank account statement from back in February WHY, I send them my I.D. proof of my address and my bank account statement that I use to play at any casino, and besides it Gigadat that pays me not any casino. I would love to provide a reasonable explanation for both of your current concerns, yet I'm sure you know it would only be guessing.
It's bad enough some casinos ignore players in the middle of trivial issues or misunderstands, but to be honest, cheeky chat operators are probably worse... What do you think?
As goes for the February statement, my best shot is the AML policy. Still, the casino should care about your opinion and explain all the necessary steps so you don't feel like a stray dog!

Yes chat operators are the worst, when I make a deposit and it's not there yet so I go and check on it and they tell me it will be there by this 3 days haha no I want to play now not 3 days from now,but when I'm finished talking to them it's there, 9 times out of 10 if that happens it my fault and I will be the first person to tell you I'm inpatient because I know how the online casino work. AML you think after 4 years they would know me by now in my profile at the casino I send them 15 stuff to verify me, come on who's not doing there job properly THE VERIFY DEPARTMENT.Yes who keeps these casino open us the people so they should care alot for us. By the way I won $5000 at Betmgm casino two days later I went to a real casino and won $10,315 I'm singing I'm in the money 🤑 haha, I gave alot away to my family and friends that's who I am.

While writing about people and the impressions they make, I was referring to bad customer support or a rude operator, not actually about players.
Far too often I read across the forum players complaining about the support quality, as a result, casinos awarded with a good reputation are reviewed quite badly due to unresponsiveness or lack of professionalism while dealing with players. It makes me crazy because I honestly think good support and kind chat operators are a must these days...
