Anyway, perhaps you also need to ask the Mastercard provider, not just the bank itself. The issue might lie one step ahead of the bank. I heard about similar issues in the past - in different casinos, though.
This Aircashy is an e-wallet, so it runs on its own terms and conditions. If the casino suggests using another card (probably not kind of one-use only or prepaid) - I would certainly try that.
