We had a big number of withdrawals recently and combined with low staff availability it resulted in payment delays, but the situation is stable now and you can expect your money soon.

understand that you are upset because you have been waiting for so long, but when withdfrawal is on additional check it means it may take a several months, I hope my reminder will speed up the procedure.

If you have put all the correct information on your account and if you have followed all the rules from the Terms and conditions then you have nothing to worry about but to wait for your money.

Yeah I was told that in November i know it’s all ok and verified
it was pre verified and checked back in early October
