This casino has done me over .i signed up and deposited a few times .Some good slots but came up against an issue .i was on a winning steak hit a bonus feature , while playing through this feature and winning over £120 on the first 2 spins , the game froze , so i had to log back out then back in and the bonus was lost , all winnings gone .
I logged through customer service who came up with an excuse that i cancelled a bonus etc.This was totally untrue .
Ive experienced this before , where when this happens it simply loads back up and you continue to play the feature.This didnt happen.
I know every spins has a reference number so they could check , but they choose to tell me a bullshit story..no longer a customer .
