Casino has a fatal bug that leads to bonus and winnings cancelation.

Immortal romance is a restricted slot to play with bonus. Immortal Romanace is a microgaming slot.

If you play ANY microgaming slot on the casino it gets recognised by the player history as Immortal Romance.

This leads to winnings and bonus cancelation by the casino specialists when they check your player history.

I have video evidence of my claim with all my player history and proof of all microgaming slots reflected wrongfully as Immortal Romance, even if you play a microgaming slot with minimum 0.09 cents per bet it get reflected as Immortal Romance even if the lower bet of this slot is 0,30 cents.

Currently they wrongfully removed 8500 euros from my balance because their player history reflects all immortal romance all microgaming games, due to this easily verifiable , by anyone, bug of their website. You can check your self!

I have been waiting for my KYC process to be checked by security team for almost a week now. Withdrawals are completely blocked and support doesn't answer any of my messages and I believe said "support" function has been blocked in my account because just today I tried to contact support 4 times and got no answer to any of my requests. This is my last resource to get any sort of help and I believe it won't work neither, waiting this much time without any sort of answer really gets me anxious.

Good luck, they did the same to me.

I can't open new tickets. They look of my case for 2 weeks with no reply.

It took 10 emails to reply they will look on it and relative departments will contact me when i first open the case.

Their site has a very significant bug and still present for weeks affecting anyone playing with a bonus on this site and like microgaming slots.

I mind if more people are going through the same. First I received a mail saying I reached the limit to withdraw without KYC, replied with the documents they asked for almost immediately, after that all my tickets have been ignored. I still used the account and bet, I'm currently abstaining from betting on the site until they contact me again. And about the bug you talk about I suppose Micrograming slots are banned for bonuses, still a message prompt should warn players these slots cannot be bet with a bonus or something, because it's impossible to tell which slots are not prohibited or not when you aren't told which are which.

Microgaming games are not banned to play with bonus at all. Only 1-2 games are banned.

Although the site is buggy, if you play any microgaming slot it will shown on your transaction history as a immortal romance banned from bonus wagering game, so you loose the bonus like you played the game even if you didn't 🙁

Just checked and as you say not all microgaming slots are prohibited for bonuses, really strange. I hope both cases get solved, especially yours, 8500 is a really big loss, in my case it's currently 600, really sorry, hope you get your money back!

Posting once again to make public my situation was solved, KYC process completed and withdrawal in my account is functional. Adding KYC procedures took almost two weeks to be completed.

Again here to warn CASINO IS NOT OPERATIVE ANYMORE, DO NOT DEPOSIT. You will lose your funds, 400 USD dissapeared from my account, even after completing KYC and making one withdrawal, after that I made a new deposit, used said balance to bet and won enough, then it dissapeared (this happened a week ago). Support is inactive and won't answer any ticket.

To whoever reads this: BE CAREFUL!
