Hola

El día 19 de May ingrese a jugar y hice 3 compras

CLP 10.000 CLP 10.000 Y CLP 55.000 y me otorgaron un bono 55000 quedando un saldo disponible para jugar CLP 135000. Cuando quise jugar tengo saldo 0 y también una ganancia de una máquina que tambien se borro.

Tengo los recibos de las compras

presente una queja Nº 70652 por favor indicar porque vía puedo enviar los recibos y la cartola de banco para donde figuran Los pagos efectuados.

They owe me $16000 its all documented i went to put the complaint thru here yesterday to see if u guys could help but because this site does not come up anywhere i couldnt process my complaint can someone please help if possible

Hey, according to what I see, you managed to file a complaint , so everything is fine as far as that is concerned yes ? 

Anyway, do you have any reason from the casino why they didn't pay you your winnings ? How long have you been waiting for your money ? Have you verified your account yet ? 

Also, Tomas has already replied to you and is waiting for your answer to his questions, so if it would be possible reply to him so he can move on. 

Additionally, if there is any news or if you learn something new let me know.

Hi Jaro yes for sure I can answer your questions there's no reason whatsoever for pokiesww not to pay me I just think it was too much for them to handle well if that's the case they should not be operating - on the other hand they're quite happy to take my money like without a word of a lie I would have put $80000 into that site in a few months which makes me sick don't get me wrong but then not to pay me I'm absolutely fuming I'm Furious and you can quite obviously see how they said congratulations on your $16,000 win and then they're saying we've paid you which they 1000% have not and do they think i would be wasting my time if they had of - now if anyone went through their bank accounts and my bank accounts you certainly don't have to be a Philadelphia lawyer to work out they haven't paid me it's just blatant lies from their end like its sooooooo frustrating that they're even trying to go down this track it's like their amateurs and I'll text them on live chat again asking where's my money and they're quite smart assy and come back and say how can we help you and I just say well read my message and stop asking stupid questions yes Ive verified myself that's why they paid me out $2000 collects $4000 collects etc and as you can see it's quite obvious they're not asking for verification or anything like that they've said congratulations on your 16,000 win and then I've said I haven't seen it the money yet and they keep saying we have paid you which I'm sick of saying it but we all know damn well they haven't so if it goes through a court of law they haven't got a leg to stand on but yeah if you guys can make this happen I'm quite happy to give you 20% of it

Thank you for describing and answering my questions. I would start by saying that we will certainly not ask anything of you even if we manage to resolve this. 

I also see that you are verified and have received some money according to what you write. 

However, we have nothing better to do in this case than to wait and see what happens in the next few days and where our team gets to. 

I was also wondering, when the casino told you that they had already sent you the money, did you ask for a transcript that the money had been sent ? Maybe that would help clarify the whole situation.

And im not sure if its possible or not but if u get this money I don't think you realise how grateful I will be and I would really want to repay the favour so could you put the $3,000 towards improving your site the casino Guru site I'm talking about I meant to say also the thing I find really really hard with this site is that's pokies WWE site I'm talking about it's more or less impossible to get hold of them they're on telegram but you can't send messages and it's muted then they say go on to our website but you can't even click into that doesn't even load or they have a link to WhatsApp so you click on that link and it says this contact or number is not on WhatsApp so it's like what are these people up to

I know that if the casino ignores you, it's certainly not pleasant and I'd be pissed off too. You obviously don't have any contact with them since it's like you describe.

However, I can assure you that our team will try to do everything in their power to help you. I don't know how it will turn out, so I won't jump the gun and promise something that may not turn out the way we want it to. So that's why I said that you will need to be patient while our team investigates everything and then contacts the casino.

Anyway, if you get any new information, don't hesitate to let me know, I'll be here.

Oh, I just noticed that the casino ignored Jakub, which makes me very sad, since he couldn't help. 

As for the lawyer, I can't tell you for sure if it's a good idea or not, because I don't know how it's going to end. I'm sure if you go for it, you'll spend some money, but if you could get what you're owed, maybe it would be nice. It's probably a last option though, so if you try it, definitely let me know the progress or the result. 

I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞☘️
