Hi you're right about live chat not being available. It was available for some time but now I can't even use live chat for some reason. I won $200 and was required to make a minimum deposit of $10 to withdraw, which I did. I've been told by the agents to send verification documents. First I had to upload my proof of address,ID documents and send. 

Waited for 3days...After being approved I still couldn't withdraw then I had to go to live chat to get the money then again I was told to upload a picture holding my ID. then I waited 3days I got approved for that ... Then after going back to live chat I was told again ! To upload a document of proof of address with a selfie. Waiting now to be approved but can't go in live chat to speak to the agents. Like now I'm waiting 1month to withdraw and still can't withdraw. Is there anyway I can take things further because I don't think they want me to withdraw my winnings even if I can get back my deposit because I haven't played since I deposit because I'm waiting on them. I sent prove of my uploads and I can't log into love chat to show the proof of the conversation with me and the agent

So, without further delay, I suggest submitting a complaint right away. Or I would do that, at least.

Good Day. After I posted I went in the Casino and filed a complaint that I couldn't get in the support to speak to an agent and suddenly I could after my complaint. Then I spoke to an agent and politely told her that I will be recording our conversation and then take things further because I just about had it because I had to wait nearly 2months for an withdrawal. Then the next agent told me I have to deposit again because I didn't deposit using the right deposit method. Seconds after sending me that message he told me to send my bank details to get it over with and immediately I got the money. Thank you guys so much for your continued support with my complaint as I couldn't have done it without Guru and their team!!! Much love from me. I managed to withdraw my funds from the casino but I'm definitely not using them again for any reason whatsoever because my experience was bad

Unfortunately, we hold no power over your withdrawals. Allow me a few questions instead:

Has the casino confirmed your account successfully passed full account verification? Because this is the most common issue.

Additionally, how has the casino support explained the issue - have you asked?

It would also help to know since when you are trying to withdraw the money and whether you opted for the same payment method previously used for the deposit.
