Please stay away from that casino.

They offer a 100% bonus but you can only use it for 4 games. This is nowhere to be found in the bonus terms and conditions.

After contacting the support I've got the following message:

"you can always cancel your bonus if you do not like the conditions"

Is that a joke? They lure people with a 100% welcome bonus to deposit and then they write, that I can cancel the bonus if I don't like the conditions`? Which conditions? That was never mentioned anywhere!

Hello,

As far as I can tell, it is not so bad if you can cancel a bonus you do not like to play with.

On the other hand, we warn that their T&C are not of the best ones:

Well the problem is that they won't let me withdraw my money, since I must gamble it 3 times although they lure player with their false bonus. This is Systematic Cheating as players will eventually lose their money if it all takes too long. In my opinion, this scam is intentional and should be brought to the attention of several players. Who knows where else this casino cheats when playing on the site.

And I've checked your review of the casino and although you warn about there T&C, nothing was written about false welcome bonus terms:

"but we have never seen these rules used against players."

Good that I have now written a post to warn other players if you downplay this problem

Hello,

all bonuses have their terms and conditions, I think we can agree on that. Almost all bonuses (no matter which kind of - feel free to learn more here) require wagering before cashing out. It is a standard.

For example, the first deposit bonus has to be wagered 45x, see here:

file

So I still think it is cool that you can cancel the bonus as soon as you find out that the bonus is not pretty good.

Maybe you should read all the T&C first - bonuses included - and then decide whether it is good or not. YOu do not have to take every bonus the casino offers to you, don't you? 🙂

I've already told you that I've read all the AGBs about the welcome bonus and it was nowhere written that you can only play 4 games. You call that cool? You support casinos who lure people with wrong bonus terms and although the casino let me cancel the bonus, I can't withdraw my money because I must wager it 3 times!

Wow, can't believe you support such a behavior on Casinoguru but well, if the casino pays enough everything is possible, am I right?

Hello,

I'm not supporting anything here. I just try to debate on this subject. Because I feel you may use some explanation.

As I can see in your complaint, you are advised the same way.:

"It is not unusual for a casino to have this rule. Some casinos require deposit wagering 1x, some 3x or 5x, but you can find casinos with even higher wagering requirements for real money.

Mandatory real money wagering has been introduced by the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations for Gaming and Gambling Industry and is usually set by the Licensing Authority. All licensed casinos have to comply and follow these policies."

So far, it's the standard - I'm sorry.

Maybe our compaint team will find something unusual, we shall see.

It's interesting how my argument that the casino lures users with wrong bonus terms is completely ignored and it's only focused on the deposit wagering.

I wouldn't have deposited here if the Bonus Terms had been spelled out correctly, that's a fact!

Ergo, this required deposit wagering only occurs because I was lured by false bonus terms.

But I can already see that Casino Guru has a rather one-sided view here, so I won't waste my energy over €50 any more. It's just a pity to see that such casinos still seem to be protected here. Bravo.

Allow me to say that this is most likely your opinion rather than an argument at this point. If you had the chance to check all terms and conditions in advance, then it's just your decision. You also wrote that you even can cancel a bonus if you manage to find it not to your liking. Bonuses are made to attract the players and give you some advantage. You are not forced to take it. That's the whole point.

You call it all wrong now because you took that advantage deliberately but did not check the "downside effect" I think.

Just a small note: That is the reason why many players ignore any kind of bonuses completely and play only with their own money.

I've wrote already a few times that the "downside" wasn't written in the bonus terms and only applied after I've deposited the money. So how could I "not check the downside effect" if it wasn't mentioned in the bonus terms?

I think I understand what you mean now.

You were surprised that you have to wager your deposit even if you cancel the bonus. And now we get back to AML - (Anti-Money Laundering). Support told you that you can withdraw the deposit however failed to mention that the AML still applies.

Is this what you meant, please?

hace 2 años

Yes exactly, after discussing with the support about their "wrong" welcome bonus they told me that I can cancel the bonus and withdraw my deposit. It was no where written that I must gamble it 3 times because of the AML. I've only noticed it since the withdrawal got rejected and I got a mail saying, I must gamble it 3 times

I see.

Well, I'm sorry but this is a standard rule and if you check your complaint, you can see that it can be found as point no. 10.7.

It's usual that you automatically agree with all terms by registering an account in the casino, I'm afraid.

Well, the complaint is still running so we shall see if our team will find otherwise.

I went through your posts here I have a feeling that this might be the first bonus you took in a casino or one of the first ones. There's nothing wrong about it. That's why we created the CasinoGuru project. We try to warn and notify players about anything deserves their attention when they consider playing in a casino. The truth is that whenever the bonus has some kind of standard terms, we don't create a specific warning about it on our website.

The deposit wagering is a very common practice applied in casinos due to anti money-laundering rules. There's nothing unusual and strange about it. Yes, there are cases where we warned against, but those were cases where the deposit needs to be wagered 30+ times, which indeed doesn't make any sense.

The bonus condition you faced here is a standard condition that you'll find in most of casinos.

There is nothing wrong about it? The casino promotes a welcome bonus and DON'T write in the bonus terms that it's only available for 4 games. 4 GAMES! Do you understand? You can ONLY play 4 games!

And sorry, it's not my first welcome bonus, I've already played in a lot casinos over the years and this is by far the biggest welcome bonus scam I've saw until now. There are sure casinos which restrict certain providers or games with bonus money, the max. amount you can withdraw,... but I've never played in a casino which only allows 4 games and don't even mention that in the welcome bonus terms!

But sure "there's nothing wrong about it" if a casino breaks his own terms. Then casinos can cancel every payout without reason because they don't like it, no matter what the terms say.

Hello,

Now it seems, that the fact that you were allowed to play this bonus only on 4 games is the main problem.

Ok, it is not much but I still think that if you were able to cancel this bonus, it's alright:

You accepted the bonus, realized you couldn't play it on your favorite slot, so you canceled the bonus - no harm done, I'd say.

I simply can't see the part when the casino broke its own terms.

Every welcome bonus at a casino is bound to certain rules, which are set out in the Bonus Terms. These are rules that the casino sets up to protect itself from abuse. In exactly the same way, these also serve as a guideline for the player as to what he is allowed and not allowed to do. If it doesn't state that there are only 4 games to play with the welcome bonus, that's a breach of the Bonus Terms. That's a fact!

But apparently we have different opinions here, so there is no point in discussing it further.

I'm just looking at the screenshots that you posted in your complaints. I have to agree with you that it wasn't 100% clear you can play it only on the 4 games, even though the 4 games were displayed on the bonus advert page (on the other hand, you could believe they're only example games - no all available).

You weren't aware of the terms before you made the deposit, but you were aware of it before you started playing with the bonus.

To sum it up, I'd say the casino could be more clear about the bonus terms, but I'm also convinced they didn't do this on purpose. Most of the players won't really care if they can play it on 4 or 40 games. They're happy about the bonus they received.
