After that, they partially paid for the prize for 1 race, and did not pay for the second one due to controversial rules.I made a withdrawal, and my account was immediately blocked.

In my opinion, it would be best to submit another complaint; only then would we have a chance to gain more insights into why the casino sees your activity as they do. More importantly, once submitted, the casino should cooperate and provide their point of view, unless they want the complaint to be closed with a negative impact.
I think it is worth a try, as long as it is still a free feature.
