Just wanted to give other players a heads up about my current experience with BetRebels withdrawals.

I submitted a withdrawal request about 15 hours ago (still within their stated 24-hour timeframe, so not in complaint territory yet). But the customer service experience has been pretty concerning so far.

When I asked why it takes so long when their marketing advertises near-instant withdrawals, support told me there are "thousands" of withdrawals in the queue. The math on that doesn't work - to process thousands within 24 hours would require processing over 1 withdrawal per minute non-stop.

Then they said there's "higher volume on Wednesday" (more than weekends?), and eventually shifted to saying it could take longer than 24 hours. When I kept asking reasonable questions about these contradictory explanations, they blocked my access to customer chat entirely.

I'm fully KYC verified with clean cash winnings (no bonuses), so there's no legitimate reason for delays. Really hoping this gets resolved smoothly, but the experience so far matches the concerns mentioned in Casino Guru's safety rating about withheld winnings.

Just thought other players should know what to potentially expect if you win anything substantial. The "thousands in queue" claim especially seems like a red flag.

Will update on how this gets resolved.

I hope you will see your money as soon as possible as there should be no obstacles on your side. 

It happens that the casino has a lot of withdrawals to deal with, and unfortunately even though sometimes they advertise quick withdrawals, it may not always be the case. 

It's annoying if you get blocked in chat, because if you ask questions normally without using any vulgarities and don't spam them nonstop, it's not the best move from them. 

So we'll wait for further developments.🙂

Thank you for your response. I wanted to update you on the situation - it's now been 32 hours since my withdrawal submission, officially exceeding their stated 24-hour policy.

The issue isn't just the delay, it's their complete lack of communication and contradictory behavior:

Policy Violations: Their written policy states "24 hours maximum" but support changed this to "24-48 hours" after the deadline passed

Chat Blocking: I was blocked from support chat for asking legitimate questions about processing times

Contradictory Claims: Support claimed "thousands in queue" (mathematically impossible for 24-hour processing, and extremely unlikely given their size) then "higher volume on Wednesday" (at what casino is there a higher volume on Wednesdy?)

Zero Communication: Despite multiple emails, they haven't responded or provided any explanation

Most concerning: I've had to access their chat like a spy using different devices/browsers just to communicate with them.

Current Status: I've filed a formal eCOGRA complaint due to:

Clear breach of their written 24-hour policy

Arbitrary customer blocking for asking legitimate questions

Complete failure to communicate or honor commitments

Their support rep Anna finally admitted the delay was for "administrative reasons" with "no legitimate reason" after learning about the eCOGRA complaint - proving this was unnecessary stalling.

I'm fully KYC verified (since June 2nd), have clean cash winnings with no bonuses, and deposits well below their €2,000 SOW/SOF threshold. There are zero legitimate grounds for any delay.

This appears to be a deliberate pattern of policy violations and customer harassment that goes well beyond normal processing delays.

I have let them know I will drop the eCogra dispute if they go ahead and just process my withdrawal but for now it's just a waiting game and a growing list of reasons to never deposit a dollar here again.

Hi Guys, I just wanted to report that they did end up paying me out after a waiting for 2 entire days, they paid the full amount so credit where credit is due. That being said it was stressful being cut off from the support chat and not getting any answers so I would advise caution to any player. Do your verification immediately, not just when its time to process your withdrawal, and be prepared to wait a bit and press these guys, but they will pay you.

He tenido un problema al intentar hacer un retiro de dinero. Me salía un mensajito que no se puede. Adjunto foto.

Me conecte en el live chat y un tal Marco me decía que no puedo hacer retiro con mi tarjeta pues no he realizado suficientes ingresos.. A lo largo del tiempo he ido ingresando y perdiéndo unos 1800€.. Será que se refería a que no haya perdido sumas mucho mayores y por eso me alega que no puedo.

Puede una reclamación en el email que tienen puesto pero no tengo mucha fe.

Me escribieron de nuevo y otra vez diciéndome que no, que por transferencia y que tardaba solo 1 día, que los gastos los pagaban ellos.

Pues nada. Lo hice y a ver lo que tardan. Aunque creo que es por hacerme esperar y volver a pedirme cosas. Mínimo va para lunes.
