Como retirar desde Betyoner a Binance o alguna otra wallet?

Soy de Chile y complete el rollover de mi bono de bienvenida, con ese saldo logre hacer una buena cantidad de dinero en la crypto TRY... pero la verdad no encuentro el metodo para poder retirar mi saldo a Binance... al contactar a soporte no me brindan info solo me dicen que espere... cualquier ayuda sera bien recibida

Hi, I wanted to say that support should be able to help you with this. It occurs to me that if you don't see it there as a withdrawal method, then maybe the casino doesn't have it. Or maybe they are working on some technical flaws and that's why it's not there, but they should clarify that.

Did you try to ask them specifically if the method will be there? Did you try to ask if you could choose another method?

Con respecto a una ayuda con el metodo no me la dan, se me comento que el metodo en especifico para mi caso no esta disponible aun, que pronto lo estara, pero ya ha pasado mas de un mes... no se si algun dia se habilitara el metodo...

If it takes that long, I would definitely lodge a complaint and we will try to help somehow. A month is too long for the casino to communicate with you about withdrawing and sending you money.

They say the account is undergoing some kind of verification and don't say when it will be completed. This has been going on for a month!

Everything was fine, I was losing money, winning a little, they kept withdrawing until I was in the red, but as soon as I started winning they stopped withdrawing

My account has been verified for a long time. I played a little at the casino and bet on sports. Everything was fine for two months, but as soon as I won money, they started talking about some kind of investigation.

For the first week, they talked about the finance department and how they needed to review my withdrawal request.

A week later, they said something about some technical team, and I'm waiting for a response from them.

Two weeks later, they started saying they were reviewing my bets.

I think they're just making up an excuse not to pay!

Support says there's been no response from the team, and there's no deadline for a review either!

Yes, of course, I have ideas. I started winning. I can't find any other explanation, since there's been no official response for a month as to why my withdrawal is being delayed.

A month is quite a long time. And at any other decent casino, the issue would have been resolved by now. But they simply ignore me and keep repeating the same thing: there's no response from the technical team.
