DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY THIS CASINO!! Deposited, won money, did not get a bonus so I was totally eligible for a payment and I got no response nor did they bother to pick up the phone. When they finally did respond to the chat, the person had horrible grammar and gave me run around they just ignored me.
If you go to the website and look at their Facebook, Instagram, and X page. You will notice all of their posts are outdated and the comments that those posts have are complaints about how they were scammed out of their money.

Thank you very much for your warning! I also very much appreciate you investing time in checking up on their social media. It is in fact a grave sight, and I hope our Complaint Team will be able to get in touch with the associated casino representative since I feel we probably won't get much further without "inside" support.
Speaking of which, would you kindly get in touch with Veronika? I see she needs to cover the usual, let's say basic, questions. I was about to ask you for very similar details myself, to get a more focused view of the situation, but honestly, the complaint is more important.

I had balances twice and they disappeared. Big fafa owes me hundreds of dollars and I took pictures to show them and prove it. They have done nothing to fix this problem and this has been going on for months. Worst customer service I have ever seen. They just ignore me

Hello, do you have any reason why they took your money ? Did the casino tell you anything?
I think in this case I would probably not wait and file a complaint if you have evidence as you say and our team will try to help you.
