Hey, So i had a word with Bof casinos chat and they seem to think its ok to be able to re-set the montly limit whenever i want, errrr say what now. Anyway i was provided with an email address to raise a complaint with them first. We shall see what hey say.


The online chat was able to close my account for me though, apparently lol

this is their reply:

I am afraid we cannot offer a refund for bets that have been placed as these are settled according to the outcome and rules of the game played.

So if you have started investigating a complaint with them I would call them but if you feel you want to open a complaint with us you can do so. 

Of course, it is important to know what you would ask for in such a situation. If the limit didn't work and you were still able to reset and deposit more then I would try us. I'm not giving you a 100% answer that it has to be resolved in your favour but when I talked to my colleagues they said that if it's possible to rest it, then it's not a limit.
