Hello i won 578.00 on 11-11-23 and i havent heard anything.I goto live chat and rep says they need my id and utility bill statment.I sent them and still nothing.I won here along time ago and got that payout but they kept most of it for some reason.I cant find any phone # for them.What can i do

Hi, did you successfully complete the verification when the casino asked you for ID and utility bill ? I think more than two weeks to wait for the withdrawal is quite a lot.

I find it weird that lcb.org has these guys in the top 10 casinos that are good.Not to me

I think everybody reviews casinos based on some factors, so maybe you could ask directly there how is it possible that they have such a high rating ? 

Anyway, I think it's clear from the answer that Radka shared that I'd rather avoid this casino. I suppose you will do so too. 😕

I won $500 from candyland casino on Dec.8th my documents verified finally the 19th after sending in so many times. Then the wait 5 to 14 business days.. no other casino I know takes this long! It was easy for them to take my money but hard to pay out..

I'm thinking I will wait out the 14 days that they said it takes to process wich is ridiculous.. then I'll file a complaint . I did read on how to file and the info on what to expect or not.. I know I won this money fair.. they should have no issues.. I was happy to give them my money now they can pay

Ok here's an update, Candyland Casino paid me but only $207 out of $500..I contacted them and brought this to their attention only to be told that they would have to escalate this..

What should I do at this point?

Frankly, the answer is quite obvious; until these 14 full days run out, I suggest waiting. Well, you got the first part, so I guess it's just a matter of time.

I'm not sure if you asked for 500, so I don't think it's completely normal. Did the casino give you any reason why they only sent you that amount ? 

However, as Radka said, if they have already sent you some money, we can think positively and I firmly believe that you will get the rest. Be sure to keep us updated.

Hey, I saw that you had a complaint about this problem, but in the end you told us to close it. Why did you do that? You didn't want to drag it out and deal with it anymore and you were tired of the whole thing or was it something else ? 

I have a feeling it's been a long time and you probably won't even see the money, which would convince me to never go to a casino like that again.
