Hi ,


first of all I lost my deposit again somewhere 500 Rand . The staff is friendly .. bonus spins you almost never win . Plus the live roulette is low in winnings . Let’s see how long this is going to take . My account is fully verified.


but I really have the feeling the big talking in circles again . Also live chat is not always available so you need to call to a nummer in England I think … so for Al those call I even spent more then 500 Rand 😀… now it’s just a matter how long is it taking .

Hi, I believe it's worth to wait until the chat is available instead of calling abroad. The phone calls can be very costly, especially when you call from South Africa to Europe 😕

Just saw a mail advising that casino Tropez will no longer exist as of the end of the year, is this just for South Africa?

Thanks Romi, so basically, I tried to deposit funds and there were no deposit options on the usual page, I started a live help chat where the reason was the casino closure by the end of the year, which prompted me to look at my mails😁.

Sad news indeed, as a South African player, I truly have had a wonderful experience with them. I was apprehensive when I started but I've always enjoyed the variety of games, been paid out timeously and the customer service has always been outstanding, thing's were going so well! Shocking indeed.

None, I wish though! 😄 I actually withdrew a while ago. They did state a few cut off dates for withdrawal, etc, so anyone out there with a balance if it turns out to be legit should be aware and plan accordingly!
