Since I won 3 or 4 months ago, U haven't paid me any of that money, All I get promises and excuses and continue to operate. Hello, do I understand correctly that you still have not managed to withdraw your money in 4 months ? That's too much, and anything that might get in the way of that would probably not interest me that much. 

Whether it was verification or various checks, it should never have taken that long. 

However, did the casino explain to you the clear reason why you are waiting so long ? Have you verified or not ? 

Anyway, if you still haven't received your money and you don't know what to do, I would recommend you to file a complaint on this link and hopefully you will be able to resolve something.
