Para retirar un dinero de bono de 100$ me dicen que debo depositar 25$. Es realmente confiable este casino, no veo muchos medios de depósito y retiro. Basicamente las transacciones son con criptomonedas,

Hi, I don't see anything wrong with that and it's usually common in casinos that you have to deposit as well. 

However, are you saying that no method is suitable for you ? I assume you don't have a crypto wallet, right ?

However, do you have a verified account ? Did the casino tell you any other reason why it is taking so long besides the fact that you have to wait ?

I have been playing at DuckyLuck for a few months. I hit for $1800 and cashed out. I went through a long and lengthy verification process but eventually all my stuff was verified. After waiting a few weeks I contacted them and they said the transaction is completed just wait a while longer. So I contacted my bank and come to find out chime doesn't accept international transactions. So now I've been going back and forth with them to find a solution. I'm conflicted on how long I should wait before filing a complaint with the Curacao eGamimg commission.

Hi, I see that you have already filed a complaint with us, which I think was the right decision, and I would wait to see what our team manages to resolve, and if it doesn't work out and you haven't received the money by then, then I would think about the authority. 

Anyway, did you get the money back to your player account when they don't accept international payments ? I guess players don't encounter this situation that often so maybe it will take some time but we'll see what can be done. 

Feel free to answer Veronika's questions in the complaint and hopefully it will be solved.

So now you have a balance of 0 in your player account ? You requested a withdrawal and nothing came back ? That seems strange to me if it hasn't been processed or anything like that.

Has anyone had a game freeze on bonus spins ? I got the bonus and hit the major and game completely froze. I have screenshots and submitted a dispute but im patiently waiting. I hope ducky luck honors this. Im able to play other games on their site but when I go to play the game that froze on me it will let me go to game and goes directly to the free spin and locks right back up. Hi, I certainly wouldn't play further until this situation is resolved. I assume you have already brought this to the casino's attention and they should deal with it. Did they tell you that they will look into it and let you know what happened ? Where did you submit the dispute if I may know ? If you can't resolve anything, let us know and we'll try to help.

I have filed a dispute through Duckyluck and they have been great e-mailing me back. However they said it would be resolved within 2-3 business days and we are past that point now. I have played out the remaining balance. I waa informed it would not interfere with the pending issue. I will keep you updated 😊

They sent me a paper check and Noone will cash it. I even opened an account at a credit union to cash it and they rejected it. No bonuses. Can't win that way.

Do you have a problem with the withdrawal in the casino please ? Why did they reject it? 

As far as bonuses are concerned, you can't take any, am I right ? Sometimes, unfortunately, that's the way it is and casinos can offer bonuses to their players as well as ban them. 

So please let me know if you still have money in your player account and are waiting for it.
