I won a large amount of €750 at elabet company

And when I went to withdraw it, the amount disappeared from my page and only the withholding tax remained.

I have contacted customer service and they told me that the money will appear within the day so I can make a withdrawal.

There has been no movement since yesterday and I have not received any information.

I don't know what else to do to get my money.

Απο χθες δεν εχει υπαρξει καμια κινηση και δεν εχουμ ενημερωση να μου δωσουν

Δεν ξερω τι αλλο να κανω για να παρω τα χρηματα μου

I believe that if the casino does something like this, it should be resolved promptly.

I made a screenshot of the amount of profit while the money disappeared from my account, leaving only the withheld tax on the profit and the amount available for withdrawal suddenly disappeared from the page.

I want to complain that they are not giving me any information as to why they are not giving me the money I legally earned from their company.

Θελω να καταγγειλω πως δεν μου δινουν καμια πληροφορια για ποιο λογο δεν μου βαζουν τα χρηματα που κερδισα νομιμα απο την εταιρεια τους

I am submitting this complaint against a licensed gaming provider, ELABET, regarding serious omissions in the implementation of Responsible Gaming measures.

Specifically, while I had self-excluded myself for a period of one year and am registered in the Register of Excluded Players, I was allowed to re-create an account with the same details, following their own instigation, without any substantive check being carried out regarding my suitability to participate in games of chance.

Additional:

I was not given any deposit or loss limits.

I was not asked for any responsible statement or confirmation that I have control over my gaming behavior.

There was no warning or precautionary measure, despite the fact that I clearly belong to a high-risk category.

Within one day, I made deposits totaling €150, which I lost through betting.

Immediately afterwards, and without my having requested any restriction or exclusion, the company unilaterally deactivated my account, citing "Responsible Gaming" and my protection reasons.

This fact creates serious issues, as:

The company allowed me to operate without adequate checks, despite my history of exclusion.

He did not implement preventive protection measures before the money was lost.

It proceeded to an ex post facto exclusion, after the losses had already been incurred.

She refuses to return the deposits, even though she herself decided that I needed protection.

In my opinion, this behavior is contrary to the principles of Responsible Gaming and raises reasonable questions regarding the company's compliance with the regulatory framework.

For these reasons, please:

Investigate the case regarding the provider's compliance with its obligations.

Please consider returning my deposits (150€), given that the company itself decided in retrospect that I should be excluded for protection reasons.

I have already contacted the company repeatedly without any substantive response, and I have also filed a formal complaint with the EEEP.

Υποβάλλω την παρούσα καταγγελία σε βάρος αδειοδοτημένου παρόχου τυχερών παιγνίων ELABET, αναφορικά με σοβαρές παραλείψεις στην εφαρμογή των μέτρων Υπεύθυνου Παιχνιδιού.

Συγκεκριμένα, ενώ είχα προβεί σε αυτοαποκλεισμό για χρονικό διάστημα ενός έτους και είμαι εγγεγραμμένος στο Μητρώο Αποκλεισμένων Παικτών, μου επιτράπηκε εκ νέου η δημιουργία λογαριασμού με τα ίδια στοιχεία, κατόπιν δικής τους προτροπής, χωρίς να πραγματοποιηθεί οποιοσδήποτε ουσιαστικός έλεγχος σχετικά με την καταλληλότητά μου για συμμετοχή σε τυχερά παίγνια.

Επιπλέον:

Δεν μου τέθηκαν όρια κατάθεσης ή απωλειών.

Δεν μου ζητήθηκε καμία υπεύθυνη δήλωση ή επιβεβαίωση ότι έχω τον έλεγχο της παικτικής μου συμπεριφοράς.

Δεν υπήρξε καμία προειδοποίηση ή προληπτικό μέτρο, παρά το γεγονός ότι εμφανώς ανήκω σε κατηγορία υψηλού κινδύνου.

Εντός μίας ημέρας προχώρησα σε καταθέσεις συνολικού ύψους 150€, τα οποία και απώλεσα μέσω στοιχηματισμού.

Αμέσως μετά, και χωρίς να έχω αιτηθεί οποιονδήποτε περιορισμό ή αποκλεισμό, η εταιρεία προχώρησε μονομερώς σε απενεργοποίηση του λογαριασμού μου, επικαλούμενη λόγους «Υπεύθυνου Παιχνιδιού» και προστασίας μου.

Το γεγονός αυτό δημιουργεί σοβαρά ζητήματα, καθώς:

Η εταιρεία επέτρεψε τη δραστηριοποίησή μου χωρίς επαρκείς ελέγχους, παρά το ιστορικό αποκλεισμού.

Δεν εφάρμοσε προληπτικά μέτρα προστασίας πριν την απώλεια των χρημάτων.

Προέβη σε αποκλεισμό εκ των υστέρων, αφού είχαν ήδη πραγματοποιηθεί οι απώλειες.

Αρνείται την επιστροφή των καταθέσεων, παρότι η ίδια έκρινε ότι χρήζω προστασίας.

Κατά την άποψή μου, η συμπεριφορά αυτή αντίκειται στις αρχές Υπεύθυνου Παιχνιδιού και δημιουργεί εύλογα ερωτήματα ως προς τη συμμόρφωση της εταιρείας με το κανονιστικό πλαίσιο.

Για τους λόγους αυτούς, παρακαλώ:

Να διερευνήσετε την υπόθεση ως προς τη συμμόρφωση του παρόχου με τις υποχρεώσεις του.

Να εξετάσετε το ενδεχόμενο επιστροφής των καταθέσεών μου (150€), δεδομένου ότι η ίδια η εταιρεία έκρινε εκ των υστέρων ότι έπρεπε να αποκλειστώ για λόγους προστασίας.

Έχω ήδη απευθυνθεί επανειλημμένα στην εταιρεία χωρίς ουσιαστική ανταπόκριση, και εχω προβει και σε επισημη καταγγελια στην ΕΕΕΠ.

i see big delays in cash outs, in 99% of the cash outs on greek licensed casinos (Hellenic Gaming Commission ) , the payout is instant (from 1min to 30 minutes) while on elabet takes many hours or days, also they have lower rtp in big providers 94% instead of 96(like pragmatic play - play n go and others)

not a huge problem BUT, they are licensed from Hellenic Gaming Commission, you know you will get your money if you didnt violate any rule or did something illegal, however they are below the average, the competiion in greek market is very high, for example stoiximan and novibet covers the taxes for players up too 500 euro winnings, there is a crazy taxation20% in winnings from 100.01 euros up to 500 and 30% from winnings more than 500 euros, they offer the highest rtp slots and they pay instantly, however elabet and n1 casino offer the lower rtp versions and some of them like elabet or winmasters they make kyc verification very hard and ask things that are not necessary just to delay you and their goal is to titl and play black your winnings, i currently have 7 open cash out requests total of 1200 euros from a deposit of 50 euros, my account was fully verified, but they ask again documents for additional verification, so yes i think elabet is a level or 2 down than the others companies( im talking only for greek legal sites with Hellenic Gaming Commission license ) with comoros or curacuo licensed casinos its very different, both cash outs speed and players protection and other stuff.

yes its crazy the tax is extremely high in greek licensed casinos,(legal casinos for greek players) some companies stoiximan and novibet covers up to 500 euro winnings, but its crazy for a big win lets say 10000 euros you will get around 7000 euros

i tried to cash out back in the card i used, it got auto canceled, live chat told me to retry i did and again got canceled , then i requested bank transfer on my revolut account and they wanted to send a proof the iban is on my name, it got around 14 hours to be approved and today morning 40 minutes ago i saw the cash outs are approved and the next stage is to be completed , i guess it will not take long

if i had the same win on bwin i would have paid in taxes around 200-220
