I had previously filed a complaint against the site fansport, which I believe is committing serious violations, due to the fact that my account was banned simply because I won $8,400 in their casino.


Initially, the complaint was closed without any resolution and 2400 negative point , and the site’s rating was 5.1. After closing the complaint, the status changed to "low." However, in March, the site requested to reopen the complaint. Since then—nearly five months have passed—they have been stalling, delaying the process, and completely avoiding any response. They have provided no evidence whatsoever, which clearly indicates fraud.


Eventually, the complaint was closed again with no solution, and 8,400 negative points were recorded. Yet even after five days, the platform's trust score for the site has not changed—it remains at 5.1 despite this significant level of risk and unresolved issues.


It seems that the only leverage casino.guru have left is to influence the site’s rating in order to push them to resolve complaints. However, nothing has changed, and the site continues to avoid responsibility.

The rating, or safety index, as we call it, changes once a week, actually.

I can see that it is now 2.2, so I believe everything is as it should be.

What do you say?

Unfortunately, if a casino doesn't care, as happened with this one, we are unable to do more than to lower their safety index, you know.

Believe me, so many times we really wished we could do more.

For players, Casino Guru is a decisive factor when choosing a casino to play at. Its rating system is critical. A score of 2.2 following the closure of my complaint is a serious matter. The site will undoubtedly suffer, and no reasonable player will feel safe gambling there.

Fan-sport believes it has defeated me by refusing to pay the $8,400 I rightfully won. But the truth is — I no longer care about the money. It has been 7 months since the incident, and the complaint remains unresolved.

Worse still, Fan-ports has been stalling and misleading Mr. Michel for over 6 months, without providing any evidence or progress — just false promises and delays.

The reality is clear: this casino is finished. Its reputation is destroyed, and no player will trust a fraudulent
