Hi thanks for all your help last time i could get hold of them it was 3k and if i request more they will remove my funds so i maxed out all the slots to get rid of it......i will never use them again and will also warn everyone about them on all social media platforms

Fatbet casino is a disgrace you can never get support on the so called 24H live chat and also if you mail them you will be lucky to get a reply in 2 days i will most definitely take my money to a legitimate casino

You should have submitted the complaint, I'd say.

It it's a good chance to prove the truth, and warn players as well. But I think I understand that you do not want to deal with them anymore.

Better luck elsewhere.

Please refer to our T&C's, withdrawal takes between 3-5 working days. I have checked with our financial department and customer support and see that your money was withdrawn and into your account 4 days after withdrawal request. We hope to see you playing again!

Hey there, could you check with your financial department will my witdhrawal be processed today, since it's 5th day since I requested it.

It's a first withdrawal so I sent the documents necessary for KYC at the same time.

Anyway, withdrawal is in BTC, so I don't see why it would take so long. Bank transfers are done faster, crypto is almost instant everywhere and so on... 🙂

Well, gotta try it, if it doesn't speed up process for me, then maybe it helps some other potential players.

News are:

I got email saying my documents are verified and I passed KYC yesterday, but today got another saying documents are forwarded to management for verification which is a little bit confusing. 🙂

Anyway, I see my withdrawal is still in same stage as it was 6 full days ago when I requested it, which is "processing".

The amount isn't really something high, I've deposited 97 Eur I think, which is a lil' bit over $100, got some bonus, met all requirements, and requested withdrawal of 447 EUR from my balance which was around 600 or so at the time. Maximum is 500 EUR per withdrawal (not sure about weekly limit). The rest of 150 I've lost by trying different slots.

The online chat support informed me that withdrawal can take from 5 - 14 working days after the KYC is done... When you take all into consideration, for 1st withdrawal you can wait a month to be sent out, which is not acceptable for any player I think.

I could understand if the winnings were huge, or only no deposit bonus was used and delaying to complete the withdrawal to make sure there's nothing fishy there.

But a player who deposited, on a relatively unknown casino, got email, phone number, ID docs and address proof sent which I guarantee they're OK and match my info in account, this is something that doesn't look good. I'd probably redeposited half or all of it immediately 'till now, but no way I'll make new deposit until I get withdrawal and answer to question "Is every withdrawal takes this long or just first on?"

Once again, it's withdrawal in BTC, not via Bank transfer, and it can be done in minutes and couple of clicks.

The support also mentioned that here at Casino Guru, the replies that are written were written by the old team (owner/management)... Anyway, I still think updating this page and replying publicly should be important part of their marketing strategy since it's a No 1 result for "FatBet casino review" keyword on Google but also other search engines.

If all this delay is just in order to get me cancel withdrawal and lose these couple of 100s, that ain't gonna happen 🙂 I'll gladly deposit again but, let's see how long it will take FatBet casino to send it. I expect it today because everything else is, really really a ridicilously long for this industry (especially crypto withdrawals).

As far as KYC is concerned, I admit that it is a bit confusing since you say that the casino told you once that everything is fine and then they forwarded your documents again.

Regarding withdrawals, we also give casinos 14 days to complete the process, so if you don't manage to withdraw within that time, let us know and we'll try to help you out. 

Anyway, I won't get ahead of myself and you can give me an update if you have received your money or not. 

I will wait.

Yeah, confusing. I requested the withdrawal on 3rd of Feb around 2 AM my time, contacted live support and and sent docs immediately. If they do not intend to process it (although there is no reason for that) I’m sure they would let me know till now. So, despite delay, I’m optimistic and see this just as a strategy that includes player canceling the withdrawal and losing the winnings 🙂

But I’ll wait and if I get my funds, I’ll deposit again, hopefully win some and see if 2nd withdrawal also takes this long, because if it does… then who the hell plays here…

I understand and I think that's a pretty good attitude. Of course, I would probably try it with a smaller amount to avoid unnecessarily losing a larger part of the money. 

I'm also glad you're optimistic because a lot of players in your position wouldn't be, and as I said 10 days have passed since your withdrawal, so if nothing happens by the end of the week let me know for sure.

I really want to believe that everything will be sorted out and you will get the money.

20th of Feb now. Almost into 18th day of waiting for withdrawal to be processed… Although they have this in their ToS ("withdrawals are processed 5-14 working days after documents are verified"), and basically that’s still within the timeframe they pointed, I’m getting pesimistic now because I don’t see a point in holding the funds if:

  1. documents are verified (see screenshot)
  2. deposit is made, it’s used to play and wagered more than enough for withdrawal to be requested
  3. Both, deposit and withdrawal (if it gets processed are in crypto)


I’ve sent 5-6 emails, and most times I’d get no reply except auto reply "thank you, we’ll contact you…" and once I did get different answer taken out of ToS related to withdrawal and saying they’ll do their best to spees it up or something like that.


Although I’m more pesimistic regarding getting my deposit and winnings, I still hope they are honest and all this delay is just because it’s my 1st depo and 1st withdrawal request (since live chat agent said once that only 1st time takes longer, then it depends on activity of player). I’d be active (depositing and playing) if I got my withdrawal immediately or in couple of days. Also, I hope and think this is just a strategy to push players to cancel withdrawal and play with balance (and hopefully lose), but that ain’t gonna happen in my case. I’ll keep asking for funds I won. It’s not much for a casino, so I don’t see a reason to risk bad reviews on many casino review sites, but if this turns out to be a scam, I won’t hesitate to post my case.

Thanks for the update. If it's been going on for more than two weeks, I would definitely file a complaint. 

If you are interested you can do so using this link. I'll also add a guide that will show you how the whole process works. 

However, since your withdrawal still hasn't arrived, I'll add that we give casinos 14 days to sort out everything they need and send the money. You're already past that time limit and even though the casino responds with some automated responses, I wouldn't think too much of it. 

Our team will try to help you in your situation, but I would like to firmly believe that the money will come soon.

Hi Jaro, thanlks for taking time to reply. I'll wait for "14 working days" max to pass since it is how it is, written in their ToS: 5 to 14 working days after KYC (docs verification).

So, the 1st email I got that confirms docs are verified is OK, the latter was misunderstood, so, 14 working days since 8th of Feb (nobody states it has to be the upper limit, but let's say it's 1st withdrawal so they're cautious 🙂).


Still... I'm contacting live chat support there daily 🙂 and asking "is my wd processed", getting the "5-14 working days" reply and then

replying to live chat support agents: "but you work on weekends, casino works 24/7 and the service is same on Tuesday and Sunday, no difference, right? So working days are just days in your case, right?"

At least we have daily dose of fun there... LoL However, the deadline is near, and it should be next Tuesday by my calculations. I'll keep you posted if anything happens before, which I hope, but I doubt. If not, then well, man's gotta do what man's gotta do. 🙂

Hello and thank you for keeping us updated. Actually, usually whenever it's said "5-14 days", for instance, the meaning it's about working days. Not saying that it's always like that, but in most cases, I could say. So let's see how it goes, as you said, and again, let us know please if you need our help.

I forgot to give an update.

The casino sent the withdrawn funds, it took them longer than they had in their ToS initially (that got changed btw, now it's 15 - 18 working days I think), but they did pay me the wininnigs.

So, they do pay but they dealy your withdrawal as long as possible. I got impression that they do it in order to make you cancel the withdrawal request and keep playing till you lose it all. It didn't happen in my case since I was commited to getting clear with this by waiting and emailing them on daily basis.

Anyway, it was my first and last withdrawal there, since I wouldn't like to experience same delay again.

To be honest, I immediately deposited those on another casino 🙂

But yeah, it’s a challenge for most players to hold for so long without canceling and losing the winnings.
