Unfortunately this kind of situation is really frustrating, but please know that online gambling and money won from it are not supposed to be used to cover any life expenses at all. It is supposed to be just as a hobby and not to rely on it, you know.

If you are not okay with the gambling, it surely would be good to find some help and do everything possible to overcome it.

I have looked at your complaint where Tomas is awaiting your response, but when I see the low safety index of the casino, I am not sure if we'll be able to achieve anything. I do hope so, though.

Could you tell us when you successfully withdrew your winnings from this casino for the last time, please?

I have recently replied to Tomas email and attached screenshot of the withdrawal transaction showing day date time and also other screenshots and also answered questions

They blocked my account straight after i told them that I have sent screenshots of the live chats to a lawyer blocking my account just says it all and make it look bad for them true if it wasn't true they would paid out my withdrawal but I still haven't got it

Been months now and still haven't been cash me out. No end to their excuses deliberately designed to avoid making payment. Have been blocked from live chat yet my account is still active as are depositing facilities. Ironically there are countless issues with their withdrawals.


Are there any options available to me/us who are in this position ??
