Yesh its been 8 weeks im still waiting for my 300 they took commission and didn't send my funds

The worse is says unjustified complaints and yes is made on 23 July or June 2025,I made a withdrawal of 300 £ the money was gonna from my account by never received.When I spoke with them they was very rude saying the withdrawal was successful from our part and after that we don't care if you gonna make a complaint and that's it closing the chat afte that so I could not ask proof to show me that they processed but they never did .

I read the complaint description and I must say it sounds truly terrible. Just one thing, though: I spotted something about a requested chargeback in the complaint, was it accepted by your bank?

Oh my... that pretty much explains why the casino didn't "bother" to address the complaint. It sounds exactly like what the Australian player is going through. I fear this is real red flag. 🙁
