Hello everyone,

I found some features in the sports betting section of this casino that caught my interest. I noticed they accept users from my country, but to be sure, I also confirmed this via email. After receiving their confirmation, I attempted to open an account. Below, I’ve attached a screenshot of their Sign-Up form:

After filling in all the fields, the process moves to Step 2. Here is a screenshot of how the second page looks:

As you can see, they have a "Captcha" verification to confirm that a human, not a bot, is registering. However, the captcha doesn’t display anything—no checkbox to tick or symbols to replicate. It just remains as you see it in the screenshot. I couldn’t get past this captcha, even after trying different browsers and clearing cookies.

On December 9, 2024, I emailed their support team about this issue and attached a screenshot to show exactly what was happening. However, I have yet to receive a response. I periodically check, hoping it was just a temporary technical problem that has since been resolved. Unfortunately, the situation remains the same—I still can’t bypass the captcha and, therefore, cannot complete the registration process.

If anyone has successfully registered here, could you please share how you managed to do it? Of course, I’m also counting on the Casinoguru team to assist in resolving this issue.

we are flattered you have such trust in our capabilities.

As far as I understand, you face a captcha issue while trying to register in the casino, which is something we can't resolve for you remotely. As far as I can tell, because when any Casino Guru user faces the same issue at our website, it is me who handles that; you have tried what you could on your end. Also, the fact that the casino has been nonresponsive to potentially new players eager to bet makes me wonder whether they still operate the way they did.

So, I'm going to let this casino be checked by my colleagues and add a note about non-working registration, at least.

It will take some time, so please stay patient. 🙏
