Hello all,


I am still looking for my two withdrawals which Instasino still did not pay. They keep my withdrawal status pending for 11 (the other 10) consequtive days. When I am contacting the support I only get automated messages back which I have received before stating that I should wait some more. In their terms and conditions it says that they need 2 banking days in order to process the withdrawal request. Can I have your assistance on this matter?


Thanks a lot. I just want the funds to be credited to my bank account.

That's really a long time to wait for a withdrawal.

Did you get any explanation from the casino regarding the delay, though? Or nothing at all?

Hey Romi - thanks for your response.


I got an explanation from the vip manager after repeatedly messaging yesterday. He said that I should divide my 5000 EUR withdrawal into two seperate 2500 EUR withdrawals and that it would appear this morning into my account latest. This has ofcourse not happened with this casino..... its pretty unethical at this point. The other withdrawal of approximately 3800 should not have been changed according to him, so I have left that one pending aswell.


I will file a complaint. Yes this is my first withdrawal with the casino.

Because I'm afraid that then the time of the withdrawal would count from the beginning, actually. 🤔

I have done what the vip manager told me so. But there is a second withdrawal which is dated 21-11-2025, is also 11 days old. No payments have been settled in my account.
