If this was truly against their policy, it should have been clearly listed in the Terms and Conditions, but it simply isn’t there.
About the timing, this happened just a 2 days ago, so all the details and evidence are still fresh.
What makes this situation even more unreasonable is that I had deposited around ten times before this, and every single time, I played both the fishing game and the slot games. During all those deposits and game sessions, nobody ever warned me or informed me that fishing games were not allowed. If this rule was real, I should have been told from the beginning instead of only hearing about it after I won.
And to explain it more clearly, the winnings I tried to withdraw were from slot games, not from the fishing game. I only played fishing occasionally, but all the money I won came from slots. Using the fishing game as an excuse to void everything feels very unfair, because the games I actually profited from were not related to the rule they mentioned.
