They are not doing what they say they say contact live chat and there is none just a bot all I want is my $50 I won from a bonus that was supposed to be a no deposit bonus now they want me to make a $10;, deposit why would I if I can't even talk to real person I've email they say live chat will take care of it when there's nothing but s bot to reply

Have you already had a verified account here? Try to email them again to see how it is, and I guess that will be the case, but a sure thing is a sure thing. Be wary of the "No Rules" Bonuses. They apparently do have rules, even after you finish the wagering. I deposited 1k with a 50 no rules match bonus, played slots till the 1 x wagering requirement was completed. Then played a bunch of slots, and some table games, then requested a 4k cashout (balance was 4500 so I could give the sticky bonus back). It got denied, and my winnings voided, my deposit put back into my account. I then went straight to black jack and won my 4 k back in about 15 minutes, and sucessfully withdrew it, so Not too sad. Just be aware.

They must have since done away with live support because I can't find it but again I'm not the most tech savvy guy but. Can navigate all other casino platforms so unless I'm missing something there's no live support good to hear you had a good experience

Hi, I understand you played with the bonus at first and after you won the casino took what you won and left you with only 50. Then you didn't have any bonus applied and you won again and they took your money again ? In both cases, did they tell you what the reason was and why it happened ? I would definitely like to know because if you say you did everything right and didn't break anything, then it's not very friendly. Didn't you play a game with the bonus that could be restricted ?

I recently received a gift $100 free chip, and I played it through to meet the requirements for the playthrough and bonus. In turn, I deposited $10 to play while i'm waiting for their verification process and it is only showing me that my $10 is pending deposit instead of actually applying. I still have my "winnings balance" But I can't use my deposited balance of $10. Is this a bad thing? Can someone help me understand Limitless Casino fully? Maybe I missed something, somewhere. Yes, i'm still awaiting the verifying of my identity, I submitted everything, but still nothing happened. I deposited funds, but they are still showing as "pending deposit" and there was a gentleman who responded to my email, but stated I need to "withdraw" in order to play what I deposited. Problem with withdraw is that i'm still yet waiting on them to look at my ID information. And thank you so very much for your advice and response.

Good Morning, the "Banking" of limitless did make contact with me, asking for an updated image of me holding my ID, but when I go to try and submit it, it won't let me update my account information with my phone number nor will it allow me to upload my ID that was requested. I submitted another email to ask for assistance with this as well as a copy of my ID with much more clear visual so they can see the details. I'm hoping that they can assist me further
