Hi I have played lizaro casino based in the uk I withdrew 500 on the 12th Feb and 500 on 13 th of Feb and still not received when I speak on chat I’m told it’s in review already had a payment prior to these and that went in with in the 3 days what can I do have I lost the money thanks

Greetings, I would recommend submitting a complaint right away, since you've been waiting for two weeks. Are these your first withdrawals, and did you need to verify your identity at the casino? I don't think the casino's explanation is sufficient, because the information they gave you seems insufficient to me.

how Long in total did it take to get paid out from first withdrawal? My withdrawals still under review even though KYC completed. Blame it on back log etc. first withdrawal 04/02/2026. Very slow. Lady called Lisa jones on telegram? Called me also. Don’t understand what’s going on.

It's hard to say about this casino, Lizaro. My first withdrawal was a breeze but perhaps that was because it was in small amount. But I requested a few other withdrawal with a bigger sum and suddenly I've been waiting since. Now, after 8 days(6 days to exclude weeekends) they kept saying my request have been put on a short delay but couldn't explain why.

When I saw many other players complaining the same problem online, I thought if a company having a cash flow or liquidity problem, they should have stopped accepting new deposits from players. Weirdly, some review sites gave them 5 stars for withdrawal. They are listed under 'most trusted' German online casino in some casino review sites. This make me suspicious. Very suspicious.

I guess the others' experiences talk loudly here. Let me add that if the casino fails to pay out within 14 days, my colleagues will also gladly step in. Since you are from Germany, is this casino listed among GGL-licensed casinos? Because if not, I would also be very hesitant to consider it as the most trusted casino for players from Germany. Just my opinion, though.

  Do we know how review sites give out rating? Because when I saw good ratings while having issues, I can't helped but to wonder if everyone having a great experience and I was the unlucky one facing issues. But when I saw many others complaining, I am very suspicious how Lizaro get 5 stars for banking/deposit/withdrawal/payout. The lowest they got is 4.2 stars. So, are we a isolated cases or the rating system is questionable?

Hello, if I may say a few things, Safety Index has nothing to do with TP reviews because, on TP, anyone can post almost anything; those experiences are not verified.

However, we are talking about your situation now and since the casino review has not been completed, I guess it won't help much. In our system, though, it says "questionable."

In the end, CG ratings are also based on players' complaints, hence directly investigated. To be honest with you, I would not bother with the Safety Index just now. The complaint instead will show us more.

I understand this uncertainty must be very trying; on the other hand, this is hardly the end. Things still can improve.

Primer retiro en este casino, no tengo opción para hacer KYC, falta la opción de menú o dice que actualmente no se requiere verificación para mi cuenta.

Had a few problems with bonuses.. the support never resolved a anything. Ex. Today I deposited to get a bonus. I activated the bonus and then deposited....the system apparently didn't activate the bonus. I didn't see it and I played my money....after I saw that it wasn't activated I reached to support and told them. The said that they couldn't activate it cause I played my money which is irrelevant.,... I did activate the bonus and then played....how is it my fault that their system didn't activate the bonus. They dismissed me and closed the chat. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
