I have an issue with lottoland I’ve made an account on the forth of December deposited 600£ played around 400 and won a mega jackpot and doubled my money so I withdraw 1500£ they asked me for my phone number as a verification received a text to verify.. and my withdrawal was pending after 24h didn’t receive anything .. I said ok maybe is my bank.. and I need to wait 5 working days like they said in the information.. Saturday I tried to log in my account to check the status .. and I couldn’t log in tried to reset my password didn’t receive any email for reset tried the chat bot there it didn’t recognise any of my details .. so I wanted to see if my account was deleted .. and I’ve created the same account with same details and email and it worked .. can they do that ?? Delete an account with no reason?? No email no explanation.. without asking for any evidence..
Hello, they can close or block your account, but they should at least provide you with some basic information about it. If you haven't received anything and don't know what's going on or why the casino did this, I would file a complaint so we can try to help you in some way.

In such cases, it is good that you have asked our team for assistance. I see that the status is under review, so someone from our team will get to it soon. If you can't get info form the casino, it's not the right thing I suppose.

Apparently.. my email had a tipping error.. they found my account after sending them proof of deposit and now they’ve asked for proof of identity .. for them to release my withdrawal.. hopefully will be sorted out

Hello Jaro .. so after almost a month my verification is complete and manage to withdraw my founds .. it was a bad experience I don’t recommend lottoland.. customer suport takes ages to reply to verification emails.. but everything was sorted from the 4th of December till 27 today
You have no idea how happy I am to hear that you managed to resolve everything. A month is quite a long time in my opinion, but on the other hand, you got your money, so you can be satisfied.

That’s messed up. Same thing happened to me before, tried to withdraw, then suddenly it’s all "pending," support ghosts you, and next thing you know the account is gone with zero explanation. No email, no warning, nothing. That’s exactly why I stopped trusting sites like that. yeah First I had a tipping error on my email after 1 week they’ve sort it out then asked for verification documents and took them about 2 weeks to sort it out .. the cashout was instant .. but like i said it took to long for them to verify my documents .. so I don’t want to go through same process again.. I don’t now why they just not asking for information when u try to deposit .. it should be create an account verify your documents then u can deposit and withdraw.. I’m just going to stick with the site I know and didn’t have any problems.. not going to try elsewhere
