I have been waiting for my withdrawal since July 24th. On July 30th—six full days later—I was asked to upload my documents. Since then, I’ve only been told that my documents are still under review and that I should remain patient.


To me, this seems systematic and not like you’re actually willing to process my winnings.


I’m open to being proven wrong, but I’ve been playing at online casinos long enough and I’m registered with enough reputable ones to say that this very likely appears to be a scam casino. If anything changes regarding my status, I will of course update this thread accordingly.

Hmm, sometimes verification can take a little longer, but I'd be more interested in why they ask for documents almost a week after you've made your withdrawal request. They could have done it sooner. 

I wouldn't count weekends when it comes to verification, so try waiting until the end of this week and see if they contact you or verify your account. If not, I would probably get in touch with them if I were you and think about filing a complaint.  

What documents did they ask you for?

They asked for the usual KYC documents and a selfie as proof. I’ve written to them multiple times — and while they do respond, which I appreciate, the replies are always standard messages asking me to be patient.


I’ve already opened a complaint about this. Right now, it feels like they’re not actually willing to pay out my winnings and are just delaying things as long as possible until it becomes obvious.


Would it be possible for you to reach out and ask them to respond directly here in the forum thread? I don’t feel like anything will happen otherwise. Alternatively, they could respond directly to my complaint — but ideally as soon as possible, because I’ve already been waiting an unusually long time to (hopefully) receive my money.

So far, the casino hasn't written anything, which means they're probably not interested. I believe that if they were, they would have done so, but on the other hand, there isn't much written here yet. 

I looked at the timer on your complaint and there's still a day left, which I believe will soon be a thing of the past, and Dominika will get back to you so you can update it. 

Then I believe it won't be long before we contact the casino.

However, it can't be right away because there are quite a few complaints and it's not possible to deal with just one.

But since you've almost waited the required time, I guess it won't be long now.

Hi, good news. Three withdrawals were accepted today, so only four more to go. This is a huge relief, but I will continue to post updates and keep the forum informed about whether this casino continues to act reliably.

The 4th withdrawal was accepted almost instantly, so now only 3 are still pending. If things continue like this — which now seems likely — then apart from the extremely slow document verification process, I really can't say anything negative. But let's wait and see.

Hi Radka,

I still have a total of four withdrawals that need to be processed. At the moment, I have three active withdrawal requests pending. Today is the 4th business day, and my withdrawal has still not been processed.

I have already contacted the casino, and they responded with the following:

"We have forwarded your inquiry to our specialized department for thorough examination. You will receive an email with complete details once they have concluded their assessment."

I don’t understand what further "examination" is needed, as my account is fully verified and four withdrawals have already been approved in the past. At the moment, I can only assume they are trying to delay the process, possibly hoping I will lose my winnings. But it could also be that they have now decided not to pay out my remaining winnings at all.

I will definitely update here and let you know if anything changes. In any case, this does not reflect well on the casino, which apparently is not adhering to its own terms and conditions.

Update: I have to be honest — even though I was initially a bit skeptical and the withdrawal process as well as the verification of my account took quite a long time, three more withdrawal requests were processed today and have already been credited to my account. There’s now only one left pending, so at the moment I can’t say much negative about this casino apart from the fact that withdrawals might take a bit longer than expected. It doesn’t appear to be a scam but rather a very good casino whose payouts simply take some extra time. That’s my honest opinion.

Update 22.08 – The last withdrawal has now been pending for over a week. I requested it on 14.08, and it still hasn’t been processed. At this point, I think it’s fair to demand that my withdrawal be processed immediately so this matter can finally be closed.
