Thank you very much for answering my questions. It's been quite a long time since you've been waiting, and if the casino has no reasonable reason to keep rejecting your withdrawals, I'm curious to see if we'll find out anything when you try to file a complaint with us. 

As for the license you mention, you'll see in our review that the GCB they mention is fake, but they have a Canadian one.

I would probably wait for our team if you were restricted from live chat and can't find out anything. 

Above all, don't gamble with your money so you don't lose it, and I believe we'll be able to help you somehow.

Since your complaint is not the only one, there is a timer that always has a side to respond. Natalia will give you an update or ask you something else when necessary, but she should always be able to do so by this time.

However, it will certainly not be every day, so you have to be patient.
