Thanks for the information. I've escalated this to our data team and we'll see if they find the same thing. How did you find out?

hace 1 año

Im banned on all casinos related to dama nv. So my account gets disabled after a while.

According to what our team found out, he is not the owner of Dama, but the one we have listed.

Is it possible that there was something else behind the blocking of the account? Did you try emailing them ? 🤔

hace 1 año

They give the same answere as the rest of the casinos under Dama nv, "Administrations decision".

This is always quite a sad end. Despite casinos having the option not to continue providing their services to any customer at any given time, it's quite obvious that many players would not understand the reason behind that, which may lead to unnecessary frustration.

Well, communication is the art to master, allowing us to explain even delicate matters such as this one. thus, it's a shame to see that no one has made the effort.

Amazing casino. Didnt ask for KYC and cashed my $800 out in less than a minute.

Take note casinos! This is how you do it!!

That sounds great. Which payment method did you use there?

The gimmick is ultra fast withdrawals. The downside however is that you are playing scripted games in my honest opinion. Play any of the Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw games, Playtech, Push Gaming and Belatra...let me know how that works for you. RTP is the lowest I have seen in 17 years. I got 4 scatters in Sweet Bonanza, one disappeared. Then, playing SantaMummy, the 3rd row reels dropped before the 2nd row...an impossibility on a real game. Good luck.

Hello and thank you for your information. It's quite interesting, and it wouldn't hurt to have some proof of this. What you describe in games is probably not very common.

Did you ask the casino what could be causing this, or would you like me to comment on this situation?

It is very hard to do a video while playing, I am trying to figure out how because I can assure you, I am not some disgruntled player. over 6400 spins in Sweet bonanza scatter and Gates of Olympus scatter...not one scatter round. When I sent them the exact time and round of Sweet Bonanza when the 4 scatters switched to 3, they said they would look into it. I asked the to send me the game id, they claimed they checked with the provider. I don't believe it for one second. I played at hundreds of online casinos. This is the first time I see this. Think about it...Every Monday, they give a 20% no wager required cashback. So they give you this cashback and you can withdraw all, no questions asked. They also payout out instantly through e-transfer. The ONLY way they can be this cavalier is if they know they are winning on the back end. I am telling you that the software is scripted and not genuine. Play there--play the pragmatic games, or the Hacksaw...Play the Playtech, or the Belatra...see for yourself. I understand all about random number generators. I know what bad luck is. I know the house always wins, but, the unfair advantage here is sooooo uncanny, you would have to play here to see it for yourself. See the reels spin...There is no way the 3 reel can drop before the second reel drops. How to prove it?

And you can't see the game ID in your game history, for example? I would probably try to record it with a mobile phone or even a computer screen, I think it has recording capabilities. So if they dealt with the game provider, did they tell you anything about the outcome, or is it still ongoing?

According to them, "The provider has reviewed and analysed your gameplay for the period 03.12.2025 10:33:42 to 03.12.2025 10:35:15 UTC on the Sweet Bonanza slot. .

According to their findings, all rounds were calculated correctly and followed the game rules and history."

I wrote Pragmatic Play, asking if they ever recieved an inquiry but never heard back... I have video I managed to take yesterday... I find the game, Big Bass Splash spins funny and innacurately but, going up against these giants is pointless.

In the end, casinos get away with this stuff all the time. If we write a review and say that the rtp is abnormally low, as an example, it's rejected and we're told low rtp isnt a justifiable complaint. That is incredibly flawed because it is factual that game providers allow the casinos to choose the level of rtp. I believe with Curacao the lowest a casino can legally choose is 75%. That is truly terrible and they should have to disclose this information....

All I can say with Playbet is that it's very simple. The concept is "lure people in by cashing out their withdrawals within seconds, give them 20% cashbach that they dont need to wager and set the rtp so low that there is absolutely no way the casino loses..." The psychology behind it is clear. Play their for an hour or two and tell me how you feel. That is all I can say.

In the end, there is no recourse for players. We just have to start being a lot smarter. Playing at a casino that has no known casino directors, that is with Curacao Licensing that do not get involved in disputes--no accountability whatsoever. Game providers arent interested in dealing with players when they are making a killing off of casinos...so, we just either have to stop playing or choose very wisely. Have someone play at Playbet and let me know what they say. You will good the very odd hit...but over 7000 spins in Scatter Olympus, Scatter Sweet Bonanza...nothing. It's beyond bad luck, I tell you...

I was wondering if you could file a complaint in this case, but if it is as you describe, I am not sure if they would deal with it.

I understand that this is certainly important for players. RTP is an important factor, and as a player, I would like to see what the casino offers in terms of slots.

As for not receiving a response from Pragmatic, game providers don't usually deal with such matters with players, so I'm not surprised.

As you said, it will probably be important to choose a casino more carefully.

I hope you don't encounter a similar situation again.

The game is simply self-destruction. I tried almost every casino that Guru Casino offered, and I lost about $150,000 in all of them. Everyone just needs to quit! I dream that all players will quit, and then life will be wonderful! I wish everyone the best.

I'm sorry, but I always tell players who come across this topic that sooner or later, players will lose their deposits at the casino, and if they are lucky enough to win, there is no need to keep playing at the casino.

In this particular case, it probably doesn't matter what the casino's safety index is. Even in the best casinos, the house edge is always on the casino's side, so ultimately you are more likely to lose than to win.

If you feel that you are losing enough, or have lost enough in the past, it is not a good idea to continue playing. But I think we've already discussed this.

If all players stopped playing in casinos, it would probably be the best decision.

Yes, you're right, as for me, I probably played in almost 40 casinos that I found here in two years and in all of them I lost at least 2,000 dollars, sometimes 5,000 and even 10,000. I've ruined my life so much that I don't even know if I'll have enough time to recover, it just feels unfair! Everyone understands that this is a disease that cannot be cured, but nevertheless, they make money on it and destroy people. I understand that there are self-exclusion rules, but there is a trick to it, we all know what's behind all this. It's just that the world would be a better place if gambling was banned all over the world; hundreds of billions of dollars are taken away. And I'm always amazed when they tell me that luck can turn around at any moment, it's not true! There is no luck there, there is a system that simply takes your money, that's all! For me, global gambling is a crime against humanity! Years will pass and this will end! I hope our children and our future will not affect them! Gambling is worse than drugs!

I know it's a difficult path, but if you have the will, I think it's possible. I would try to surround myself with close friends and family, where you don't have to think about gambling, and keep your mind busy so you don't get into it. There are now apps that block your access to casinos. Not all of them, but it's better than nothing. Of course, you can always find professional help that you can use. I believe that if you want to get out of it, you can find a way.

hace 2 días

There is help for addicted gamblers who wish to recover. There are meetings online 24/7 accessible from around the world. Over 80% of gamblers are addicts, mostly in denial. The gambling industry is corrupt as hell. The Rtp is manipulated contrary to what people think and there is no real accountability so casinos get away with murder.
