First off, This site has probably the absolute worst rating of any other I've ever seen. I didn't notice this until doing research afterwards.
Keep in mind that my goal was to entertain myself, and play some different free slots.
I'm not a person with a lot of disposable income, so any actual wagering I do is normally in a more controlled setting to minimize risk, and provide for higher potential rewards.
For example, the weekly no limit Texas hold 'em tournament I play in has 30 to 40 players. It is just $20.00 to buy in. I can choose whether or not to purchase add ons or rebuys, as they are unlimited for the first four rounds. After the fourth round there is a short break. When the game resumes you must play with what you've got in front of you.
The total prize pool depends on the amount of players, and the number of extra purchases. The tournament ends when it reaches four players.
A rough estimate of the potential winnings would be appx.$800.00 for 1st, $300.00 for 2nd, $200.00 for 3rd, and $100.00 for 4th. So, for just $20.00 I can be entertained for several hours, playing a game that I enjoy. If I do well the payout is easily worth the initial investment. The card room is properly licensed, and the establishment has an impeccable reputation when it comes to honesty. As a regular local player, I know the staff on a personal basis as well. I never have to wonder if I'm going to get grief about collecting my winnings.
Now, as for Primebetcasino, outwardly they appear to be legit, and the site had many interesting games.
They offered a free welcome bonus, but it was a strange format I hadn't seen before. It was a bonus of $10.00 to $888.00 the large indeterminate range seemed odd to me.
I was started out with a $58.00 stake. It grew rapidly, and before long (within an hour of play) I had managed to reach just over $5,000.00
At this point, an error message pops up stating that my account was "full", and if I wished to continue, I needed to make a withdrawal.
Here's the catch. In order to make a withdrawal, I must first make a deposit. I chatted with their representatives keeping my suspicions to myself, and asked a few questions about how to proceed.
One key piece of information I requested was assistance to check my gameplay records to look over the total playthrough amount, and how much of that was completed.
I also wanted to know what the maximum amount for withdrawal was for the bonus I was playing. I specifically asked for help navigating to where I could view this information.
The agent sidestepped that request and the conversation was steered towards making the deposit to their site.
Another odd thing was revealed. The minimum deposit amount required kept changing as I continued the chat. All of the amounts were close to $60.00.
I thanked the agent, and looked over every bit of information about the bonus, the terms and conditions, withdrawal requirements, etc. that I could find.
I also had a friend open an account to see if his "luck was as good as mine. Within 5 minutes, he had won over $11,000.00 (yes, eleven thousand).
I then had another friend open an account and play. Within ten minutes he had won over $5,000.00
I have received several emails urging me to make that deposit and claim my winnings.
I find it incredibly hard to believe that three different people had won over twenty thousand dollars in the span of an hour.
No way do I send them anything else. No chats, no emails, and certaintly no money. I live here in the real world, and this can't be anything other than a scam.
I have kept screenshots of every email, every chat conversation, and every page on their site pertaining to my experience. This includes the bonus offer, terms and conditions, withdrawal requirements, deposit instructions, etc. I have saved it all to document evidence of what is either an elaborate criminal scam, or just 3 amazing coincidental wins.
The wise choice for me here is crystal clear. Paying twenty bucks to win $800.00 is a smaller reward. But Throwing away $60.00 to receive nothing?
If these guys are on the level, that would be great. I could really use an extra five grand. If they're just crooks, I've got plenty of evidence for anyone investigating their operation.
During my initial search for reviews I learned that this "casino" is relatively new. If they're just ripping people off, it would be great to see them shut down before lining their pockets with someone else's hard earned money.

I'm wondering if there is some governmental agency that goes after scams like this.
i am aware that some of these so called casinos are "offshore" or in countries where U S. authorities may not have jurisdiction.
However, as I mentioned, I saved screenshots of literally EVERYTHING. It might be helpful for prosecuting these suspected criminals.
