Me registre en el casino slotman con un codigo de bono que otorgaba giros gratis y las ganancias obtenidas tenian un rollover de 25x,todo eso lo cumpli generando una ganancia de 689 euros,me comunique con soporte preguntando que debia de hacer para retirar el dinero, y me dijeron verificar mi cuenta, enviar mis documentos, y ya podria retirarl sin problemas, al rato que vuelvo a escribir que ya mis documentos estaban verificados ,ya habia tomado una captura de pantalla del saldo de mi dinero,que siempre hay que hacer,desaparecio mi saldo,le pregunte porque,y me dijeron que el monto maximo de ganancia del bono es de 50 euros,eso nunca me dijeron ,en sus termino y condiciones no figuraba,y despues de mas de 2 horas eliminan las ganancias.no me dieron ninguna solucion, menos mal no deposite dinero,ya que en algo simple actuan de una manera incorrecta,ni imaginar en retirar dinero de ganancias ,o ganancias grandes podrian mil excusas,una decepcion este casino y no se porque tiene un puntaje alto.para nada recomendado.

Fue asi, nunca se me comunico nada sobre dicho bono que tenia ese limite de ganancia, a pesar de preguntar a soporte todos los detalles, y tengo las conversaciones.
