No fiat withdrawal to credit card or bank.


Had quite a good experience to begin with,

great selection of providers for gameplay, easy to use site, responsive and polite support who were attentive….until I needed to withdraw winnings.

Red Flag.

Deposit was via bank card but there is no option to withdraw funds back to my card or make a bank transfer. There is only an option for crypto withdrawal, which the support said I should use as it’s the only method available. This was strange. Withdrawals are made back to the method used to deposit. Sure enough, withdrawal into my crypto wallet declined. They say "currency restrictions" preventing withdrawal via Visa or Bank transfer regardless of their t&c’s referring to both methods being available. Since then I’ve been bounced around support in a circular loop of emails and transcripts, and they still have not provided a way for me to withdraw my winnings. I’ll update if the situation changes. Hopefully it does….

However, the forum is here, ready for a positive update. If things go sideways , we may also try to help.

I wonder, would crypto be a usable method for you? Usually casinos and players consider it the last resort option and it is quite a good one because crypto can be used worldwide without being affected (well, mostly) by local restrictions. Just a thought.

Hiya, crypto is fine, I did try, but the initial deposit was in fiat my request to withdraw winnings in ETH was declined. I’ve found they normally payout via the same method used to deposit funds. Why there is no skrill, paysafe, neteller, Visa, Applepay, Gpay or Bank transfer available for withdrawals is beyond me

No useful suggestions except I try another crypto withdrawal. Im 12 days in and I’ve just received another mail asking me to do this. When I do, they decline it and it puts me back at the beginning of another 3 day loop. The mails I receive are automated so it really does feel like the issue is not being dealt with or even acknowledged.

Giving me no way to access the funds in my account is uncalled for and completely unnecessary.

Well, this is not a good summary for a fresh casino at all. To be honest, I don't see any logical reason for these obstacles, and therefore, I have high expectations for the complaint process. Given the circumstances, someone from the casino should explain everything clearly and, more importantly, take care of you and your withdrawals.

That much is very obvious, I reckon.
