won a jackpot of €25000 euros last week and added to the balance in my account already I had €32535 I submitted a withdrawal for €32000 and played the remaining €535.
the withdrawal limit is €5000 a month but I contacted my account manager and he said he would try ask management if they would make exception and increase limit.Not heard back.
account manager said he would have €2000 approved today(remainder of this months limit)but not been approved despite pending for 6 days.

I have screen shots of all chat conversations and emails and screenshots of jackpot win and the transaction ID for the jackpot win.
I think they are hoping that I will play through winnings but not a chance.
I just wanted to be paid sooner but if they won’t make any exceptions to limits to pay me winnings sooner it will take 6 months to withdraw which is annoying.
account manager even said would I consider taking a lump sum payment of 15K instead of 30k in instalments hahaha no way!!
he said that’s what happens with the lottery in the US but I’m not from the US and I want all my winnings.

what’s the point in offering jackpot games if it will take months or even years to withdraw if a player wins big.

The point is, not every player wins the jackpot, additionally, limits are not based on jackpot prizes. These are quite exceptional, I'd say.

Thanks for the response Radka,the €2000 was approved this morning and can submit a another request for €5000 when limit resets.
account manager still said he will try to have limit increased,if not then I’m not bothered as long as I receive funds,I’ll come here if I have any issues with the next 6 withdrawals of €5000 to get all my winnings.
Its like an extra monthly pay check I suppose.
I’ll happily continue to play there once all received as they usually pay out pretty fast.
I doubt I’ll get that lucky again so will be spending it wisely and saving for a rainy day to.
