I'd feel about the same if I'm honest. On the other hand, I've seen that the casino has a pretty low safety index and I'm wondering if they're really in conflict with the game provider. 

I would probably file a complaint on our website but I probably wouldn't have big eyes, because I would expect them not to answer us and to keep it as unresolved. But maybe you'll be lucky and get an answer.
