Bitsa isn't an option (unless you can't spell VISA). Either way - I have no faith in them paying out, and just because you've mentioned you have (with no proof etc.) I would not advise anybody using this company.

Well, I understand that you are not talking about us and our payment methods because we are not a casino and you cannot withdraw or deposit here. The player is asking you the same question I asked you. Nobody wrote here that he would get money and it is a pretty bad casino so I find it strange that you would receive money. Especially when you are talking about some payment method of Bitsa which is not there.
Could you take a screenshot of the withdrawal history in this casino and show that you have received the money?

Stupidly used this casino before reading the reviews, I have a £400 withdrawal pending but going off this I won't hold my breath. I'll update if I get paid out 🤞

Hey, I think that was quite a mistake. Too bad you didn't look into it sooner, the players as well as the review speaks clearly and the casino doesn't even communicate with us in case of complaints, so it will probably be difficult to get the money. Well, in this case you have done right that you submitted your complaint here. Even though the casino doesn't communicate with us, your complaint will help bring their safety index even lower if they won't address it.

Honestly? I see the only way. You should attempt a chargeback, given that this "casino" has lost interest in addressing players' problems, including delayed payments. Under such circumstances, I'd say trying to get your deposits back is a fair call. Can you consult your bank? I expect this option to be working only with certain deposit methods, though. When it comes to getting the winnings, I have to say that even our Complaint Team could not help the others before you. I'm sorry. 🙁

Little update regarding superb. I withdrew £90 which they actually sent to me, I the. Requested £4000+ and it has been sitting in the "awaiting" since. The previous withdrawal initially said "accepted" and there was no "awaiting", clearly the don’t want to pay out the big amount.

Exactly the same thing happened to me, I emailed them with screenshots of balance and withdrawal balance and asked them to fix it.

They reply once in a blue moon I literally email them once everyday, one just to annoy them tbh and two to get them to eventually reply.
