Hi, I think it's case by case, just because you got money from another casino which is rated so low with us doesn't mean that if you don't get money from a higher rated casino there might not be a problem. Especially when there is a difference of 0,8 points between them. I think it's pointless to get caught by such a difference when the casino has a lot of warnings and I certainly wouldn't deposit here at such a low one. Whether a casino would have 2 or 0 is actually quite similar. 

Anyway, what is your problem with the withdrawal and how long have you been waiting ? Did the casino even know why you have a delay ?

I have same problem , registered with both websites . I just realised superb.bet is not opening , but winner still accessible. Does it means the funds are gone ? It’s a shame they still emailing their promotions and spins but they can’t pay out .

What was bothering me is that the rating went up for a while despite all the complaints and evidence they were scammers. In addition to this frustration, your antipathy towards it exacerbated the issues as you didn't seem to have the capacity to understand why raising a score would demonstrate your algorithm as being sub par and your practices unethical. Now, I see it has dropped further in the two months I avoided your site but that doesn't explain or excuse the aforementioned antipathy.

At that point you had raised the score. How did understanding this trouble you? It doesn't take a genius to understand the issue with that yet you appeared to struggle to process it. Do you really not see an issue with a score being raised whilst there was zero evidence of any appropriate casino behaviour, even by a tiny amount?

Totally agreed, albeit a low ranked casino, it's higher than other casino's which do payout - how can it even have a rating if no one has ever had any payout from it?

I mean, does this look like a casino that we would recommend to anyone? By the way, many rating adjustments are done automatically. For example, when the casino is older (longer time on the market), they may get some + points. I know it's not ideal, but still, it doesn't change anything about the fact that we don't recommend this casino to anyone.
