Well, since the casino is not licensed and also does not communicate with us in terms of complaints, there is not much to do to tell you the truth. 

And I certainly don't want to mislead you with any answers that the players will get the money, as we all see how the casino itself approaches it. 

So I would start by finding out a little bit about the casino before I play in it, so that I can avoid situations like this as much as possible.

There is nothing you can do if you don't know exactly who you want to sue, and also don't have a qualified attorney to help you build your case. Not only does it not always pay off financially, but, above all, nothing is guaranteed.

Have you seen this thread 👈? It's all focused on suing casinos. 🤷‍♀️

I try to chat with them once a week at least to get updates about my withdrawal, but it is more painfull when you know the outcome. We call it salting your wound . I have reported these websites to action fraud , to UKGC, IBAS, MP .. But these scammers are above them . The site is still active and doing their business. Does anyone knows what other actions we can take against these websites, There is no cyber Law or firm who can help out ??

I'm not sure if there is anything to be done. Unfortunately being legal and the internet don't go together. If unscrupulous people want to run an illegal casino there's not much that can be done about it. They appear to be rip off merchants that operate without a licence and therefore they ate not governed by any laws. Shame know one knows a hacker to take them down. They may be registered in Curacao or Cyprus but could the actually be operating from anywhere I the world. I just read the Trust pilot reviews and there's a lot of people in the same boat as you.

But accepting bets from UK citizens without proper License is a crime and if they are criminal , they should be punished for their crimes or curacao or Cyprus or where ever they operating from Are shelters for criminals ?? How can someone or a company do such activities from that long time without any fear? Is there no law in curacao or Cyprus ? I have done so much deposit in winner and superb in the hope I will recover my money which I did but the point is I can see the balance only and will never reach my bank account !

No sure there is a cyper law firm. I have £8534 stuck in there with both casino . I have used more than 20 websites but never had such bad issue , even if there was issue it was resolved after some time .

I found this casino in search of new website , their verification process looked so geniune and It never felt me to check their reviews . I never been in reviews before because never had such incident .

I am here because of the bad experience with these casino,s.

The websites I used before , I never checked their rating or reviews . I was just attracted by what they offer and their markets .Same thing happened here!!

Wow that's a lot lose. I don't really know how you can progress with them. If they don't want to pay and there are others also wanting to be paid. I can only assume that they are having financial problems. As it's such a large amount to lose submit a complaint here and keep emailing them.

Hey there.

Sadly, I made a summary in my previous post. Of course, the logic dictates that such an obvious fraud must be punished, yet as you see now, laws are a bit hard to use against "virtual" crimes.

I think the problem lies in the fact that their wrongdoing is more about deceiving people who deposit money willingly, than breaching cybersecurity laws. As a result, you have to find the people responsible and then get them to the court.

Many casinos prefer to avoid court hearings and are more inclined toward out-of-court settlements. Though their motivation is to preserve a good reputation, in the case of Superb Casino, I fear the management simply does not care anymore.

But those are offshore companies, and if I'm not mistaken, you and, sadly, many others have deposited your money willingly. Did you know what you were doing back then? Did you check the missing UKGC license, for instance? Besides, the casino is not licensed at all, which means accusing Curacao is pointless. 🤷‍♀️

I'm trying to point out, that demand creates opportunities.

But as a consumer, you can alter your behavior and limit your gaming to establishments with a UKGC license, right? I'm really sorry that you made this mistake, I wish we could do something about it.

You will never get your money, they will continue to scam new people. It sucks ut that's the way of the world. Every now and again I waste a little of their time asking what possible excuse there could be but I'm beginning to suspect the chat operators are being held captive.


Anyway, I'm sorry you got scammed and I'm sorry that Visa are ok with being a conduit for such thievery.

I finally cracked after 4 months of pleading and being polite today. I told them exactly what I thought of them the bottom feeding vermin. I told them to close my account and they did instantly rather than respond about my £600. Absolute scum of the earth and I truly hope karma hits them hard.
