Anybody got experience with this casino and know how the withdrawal /KYC phase works? There’s nowhere to upload documents on their sister site although it looks the exact same and their support email address is Unlimluck.


do they request KYC when your withdrawal goes first in the queue? Do they require KYC every time?

they eventually emailed yesterday about verification so I’ve sent my docs , also cancelled my withdrawal until that’s complete

The thing is when I started playing i didn't know I have to identify,when I won a little I did withdraw but the money never came to my account,and just after a while I've got the email saying congratulations for your win,but it's say you have to send them documents and that,I do reply to the same email,but I do not have any answer yet,that was like 3 days ago now

Isn't there an option to upload documents somewhere on the casino website? So you sent them the documents via email. I would try to wait and see if they reply in the next few days. If not, we give casinos 14 days to resolve this process, and if that doesn't work, we'll try to help you.

They saying it takes 3 days to check it but I'm sure 3 days are gone but... It is what it is
